Abstract

Die insbesondere für Handfunktelefone nach dem GSM-Standard geeignete Antennenkonstruktion hat eine Metallfläche (1), welche ein boxförmiges Volumen begrenzt, und ein Resonatorelement (5), welches über eine Kante (2) der Metallfläche (1) abgewinkelt ist. Das Resonatorelement (5) kann z. B. durch ein asymmetrisch angeordnetes Kurzschlusselement (4) und eine Speisung (3.1) im erforderlichen Abstand gehalten werden. Die Bauhöhe einer solchen Antennenkonstruktion ist sehr flach, da der Abstand zwischen der Hauptfläche (1.2) und dem darüberliegenden Teil (5.2) des Resonatorelements (5) kleiner ist als derjenige zwischen der Stirnfläche (1.3) und dem L-förmig abgewinkelten Teil (5.1). Die Antenne hat eine Bandbreite von ca. 20% und eine hohe Effizienz.

The antenna has a bandwidth of approx. 20% and a high efficiency.
