Such a hang-trimming device is already known from DE-PS 141129. In the case of this known device, the bracket which is horizontal in the rest position is mounted so as to be pivotable about a horizontal axle pin. The object of the invention is to improve a hanging trimming device of the type mentioned at the outset and to increase the possibilities of movement for the person using the hanging trimming device.

According to the invention this is achieved in that the bracket is suspended on at least one elastic rope, which is preferably attached to the bracket in the longitudinal center.

The inventive design ensures that the bracket is movable on the one hand against the spring force of the elastic rope and can also rotate about a vertical axis. This allows the bracket to take up practically any position in the room, making the hang-trim device the ideal choice

It is advantageously provided that the bracket is designed as a bracket tube through which - as is known per se - a rope is guided in one piece, the rope sections of which each hang from the ends of the bracket tube. The guiding of a rope in one piece through a type of bracket is known per se from WO 88/08730 AI and US Pat. No. 3,301,555 A. The device shown in the last-mentioned document, however, is a play device for children, in which ropes are guided through a horizontal bar over pulleys. The rope sections do not emerge from the ends of the beam but laterally, which requires a more complex construction. Even in the device shown in WO 88/08730 AI, no simple iron tube is provided in the sense of the invention. Rather, a bracket that is fastened horizontally to the ceiling is provided, inside which curved guides for a rope run. By means of the design according to the invention, one and the same person can hold the loops at the end of both rope sections of the rope guided in one piece and move the rope in opposite directions through the bow tube if, according to a further preferred embodiment, the rope is guided by the movable tube. If the rope is guided immovably through the bow tube, there is still the advantage that no separate fastenings are required for the two rope sections, but that the rope can simply be passed through the bow tube.

A simple and stable attachment of the elastic cable to the bracket is possible in that the elastic rope is guided around the bracket and secured to it by means of a is tightly knotted. It is particularly advantageous if the knot is secured against sliding sideways by a hook or screw screwed into the bracket. The ropes can also be fixed in the tube of the bracket with the screwed-in hook or screws on the knot.

Another embodiment is characterized in that the elastic rope is designed as a preferably double-strand rubber rope. Such a double-stranded rubber rope has a higher stability and can be easily attached to it by a simple loop knot placed around the bow. In addition, when using a double-strand rubber rope, there is a certain basic alignment of the bracket, which it adopts automatically after the rope sections are released.

Lateral slipping and taking up a particular horizontal basic alignment of the bracket can also be achieved in that the bracket has a bulge in the area of its longitudinal center.

The loop at the end of the rope sections can either be formed directly on these. However, it is also possible for each rope section to be guided through a separate, first loop, the rope section itself forming a second loop. Such a separate loop can be made of plastic, for example, and can offer a larger support for body parts, such as arms or legs. The rope section itself can then be used as a second loop, it being advantageous if the part of the rope section lying within the separate, first loop is reinforced by a piece of hose pushed over it. For simple attachment of the entire hanging trim device, it can be provided that a fastening element, preferably a hook or carabiner, is provided at the upper end of the elastic rope.

A further embodiment consists in that a rope pulley is attached to the shackle or at the knot of the elastic rope carrying the shackle, over which — as is known per se — an additional rope is guided, each of which has a loop at the free ends. It is particularly advantageous if the length of the additional rope is adjustable in order to enable adaptation to the respective user.

Rope pulleys with ropes carried around are already known per se for exercise purposes, for example from DE-PS 42 50 12, US-PS 3,979,114, DE-OS 15 78 629, US-PS 4,060,240 or DE-AS 17 28 633. However, the rope pulleys there are inelastic, for example hung on a door frame. It is only in combination with the hanger suspended via an elastic rope, together with the rope sections attached to it, that numerous therapeutic exercises can be carried out, in which crank-like movements in particular can also be carried out. Due to the additional equipment with an additional rope guided around a rope pulley, a weakened leg can also be easily moved for strengthening by the lever action of the bracket.

With this design it is also possible, for example, to use the two loops of the additional rope to support and lift the knee of the user, the user hanging his feet in the loops of the rope which is attached to the elastically suspended bracket. These loops can advantageously be provided with a foot clamp to hold the foot inserted in the loop in the To keep the loop, the foot clamp can be designed such that it contracts itself when the loop is loaded by the weight of the foot. The hanging trim device shown in FIG. 1 can be hung with a fastening element 1, for example a hook or a carabiner, either on the ceiling, on the beam of the door frame or on a bed boom. According to the invention, the hanger 4 which is horizontal in the rest position is suspended from an elastic rubber rope 2 which is double-loomed and is advantageously connected to the bow egg 4 by a simple loop knot in the long center thereof. The loops 6 have a foot clamp, which essentially consists of a piece of rope 6b. The rope piece 6b has a knot at a first end and runs from there through the material of the loop 6 to the outside, from there downwards and then through the material of the loop back into the interior of the loop. On the opposite side, the rope piece is guided symmetrically and ends in a button. The device shown in FIG. 2 can be used, for example, for therapeutic gymnastics purposes, in which the user guides his legs through the loops 7b until they are arranged in the area of the hollow of the knee. The feet can then be hung in the loops 6. Exercises such as tacking, biking, cranking and swinging can then be carried out in all directions while lying or sitting.

With the swivel bracket 4 you can also perform stretching and standing exercises. The elastic rope 2 allows exercises from the couch to sit and bend to strengthen and tighten the abdominal and back muscles for a long time.

If there is a handicap on both legs, the two legs can each be inserted in additional large loops 6c (FIG. 3). The additional loops 6c can be longer and narrower, not only do they serve as support loops for hands and feet, they can also be used as pull loops for better bending of the knees.
