Fehleinstellungen können zu Beschädigungen des Falzgutes oder zu Falzfehlern führen. Bei jedem Wechsel der Dicke des Falzgutes ist der Falzwalzenspalt neu einzustellen. Um eine symmetrische Verschwenkung der gegenüberliegenden Lagerhebel zu erzielen, weisen diese Fortsätze auf, die mittels einer Abdrückschraube und einer Feststellschraube zueinander justierbar sind.
Der Aufwand für diese Falzvorrichtung, insbesondere für den erforderlichen Linearantrieb für den ersten Lagerhebel und die Justierung, ist entsprechend groß.

Der Gleittisch 2 nimmt vorzugsweise eine abschüssige Lage unter einen Winkel von 35° ein; aus Gründen der vereinfachten Darstellung nicht zeichnerisch berücksichtigt. Unterhalb des Gleittisches 2 sind auf einem parallel zu demselben verstellbaren Hubtisch 6 ein Paar Andruckwalzen 4 gelagert. Der Hubtisch 6 ist zum Gleittisch 2 so positioniert, daß die Andruckwalzen 4 axialsymmetrisch zu den Falzwalzen 3 liegen.
Die Andruckwalzen 4 sind in Achsenrichtung unterteilt, und ein nicht dargestellter gleichfalls unterteilter Anschlag 21 ist bis in die Lücken 42 zwischen den Achsen 41 verschiebbar.
Der Durchmesser Db der Andruckwalzen 4 ist kleiner als der halbe Durchmesser Da der Falzwalzen 3.

Durch den kleineren Durchmesser der Andruckwalzen 4 wird der Bogen 1 in Richtung Falzwalzen 3 vororientiert, bevor die Klemmwirkung zwischen den Andruckwalzen 4 und den Falzwalzen 3 eintritt. Der Bogen 1 wird in den Bereich zwischen den Falzwalzen 3 gedrückt, von diesen erfaßt, gefalzt und weitergeschoben. Die Falzwalzen 3 werden dabei entgegen der Federkraft der Zugfeder 33 um die doppelte Bogendicke automatisch auseinandergeschoben.

Claims (13)
