Abstract

L'invention porte sur un système multimédia télématique et satellitaire pour transactions et confirmations financières, économiques et fiscales entre des usagers et des services bancaires et institutionnels, permettant de raccorder, dans un réseau, un usager (5) et sa propre banque en vue d'une officialisation et d'une confirmation d'opérations financières, limitées à bon escient, destinées à des organisations institutionnelles dépositaires de l'ordre légal transformant ces opérations en actes officiels au contenu économique. Selon une variante opératoire, le système autorise une approche télématique multimédia d'opérations de jeux de pronostics périodiques tendant à définir un parcours entre l'organisation institutionnelle, qui assure que ces jeux se dérouleront selon la légalité, et l'usager, à savoir n'importe quel participant à ce pari, de façon à être libéré de toute contrainte de temps et d'espace.
