Description
The invention relates to a bottle made of plastic with the features of Preamble of claim 1 and a method for their production.
A bottle for medical liquids is from DE-A-30 33 821 known. A neck is formed on a bottle body, on which again a head is molded. The head closes the bottle tightly. With a toggle on the head, the head can be turned off the neck, the separation point provided between the head and neck opens and releases a plug inserted in the neck. The plug can now be of one Syringe to remove the contents of the bottle. This Removal is not sufficient for all applications.
Nach Öffnen der anderen Trennstelle ist der gesamte Behälterinhalt des Flaschenkörpers zugänglich und die Flasche kann auf einmal rasch entleert werden.GB-A-2 124 992 is a generic plastic bottle with a Bottle body known, with one between two separation points extending neck area, with a head the one separation point and the neck covers the other separation point. The neck tapers to a separation point the bottle and after removing the head is a dropwise delivery of the Container contents possible via this one separation point, with one also Syringe needle inserted at the point of separation for a withdrawal process can be. After opening the other separation point, the whole is Container contents of the bottle body accessible and the bottle can be used at once be emptied quickly.
Since the dropper opening formed at one separation point of the known Container has only a small diameter in order to deliver a drop-shaped To ensure the syringe needle has to be exactly by an operator positioned and inserted into the opening, which is handling complicates. If the syringe needle misses the dropper opening, it sticks the plastic material adjacent to the dropper opening, resulting in their Clogging and becoming unusable. Even after disconnecting the Head over the one separation point the inside of the bottle body open and on sterile closure of the bottle body is no longer possible, so that from Any residual volume not removed must be disposed of.
Starting from this prior art, the object of the invention based on the well-known related plastic bottles so on improve that the removal process via the needle of a syringe Infusion sets or the like is relieved that after a passing Removal process the remaining container remains sterile and closed that there is still at least one other removal option. A a plastic bottle with the characteristics of Claim 1.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstand der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.Advantageous embodiments are the subject of claims 1 to 7.
A method for producing the bottle according to the invention is the subject of claim 8.
Characterized in that according to the characterizing part of claim 1 two Separation points are provided, there are several removal options preferably medical liquid from the bottle available. So is in addition to removal via a needle of a syringe or the like. a quick one The liquid is removed from the bottle, for example by tipping it out Opening of the other separation point possible. So much for the liquid in the bottle in a syringe, the bottle is during and after Mechanical and sterile pulling tightly sealed over the stopper and due to the large surface of the exposed one separation point There is a large contact area for the syringe, which is what the Handling easier for the operator and a side stab in the Plastic material is practically excluded. Is a solution to the others If the separation point is intended, the entire stopper including it surrounding part of the neck removed, so that all the liquid to the Bottle bodies can be removed directly, for example by tipping them out can. The bottle according to the invention can also have more than two separation points exhibit.
The separation points are advantageously designed as predetermined breaking points with reduced Wall thickness executed. From DE-A-38 23 428 it can be seen that this certain profiles of the bottle wall in the area of the separation points are advantageous to get a clean hole edge by breaking. The invention is not limited to the fact that the separation points act as breaking points are trained. The separation points can also be used with a knife or the like. be opened.
If the bottle is to be opened by hand, it is advantageous if the Bottle near the area of each separation point has means for the Separation required force to be able to apply by hand. Such means can for example be a gag or recessed grips. Assigns the bottle to Area of a separation point on such a large inner diameter that the to Separation required force can no longer be applied directly by hand can, the bottle can have means to attach a tool can. Such means could, for example, be a polygon or also one Be gag.
An advantageous method of manufacturing the bottle according to the invention is a Blow molding process that extrudes from a single piece Plastic tube shaped the bottle in several process sections and between these process steps, the liquid is filled in and if necessary the plug is inserted. Instead of a blow molding process a suction molding process can also be used.

A plastic bottle, designated as a whole by 1, has a
The bottle 1 has a
Fig. 3 zeigt die Flasche 1 mit gebrochener Trennstelle
Innendurchmessers an der Trennstelle 9.The two

On the outside, the
Zur Herstellung der Flasche wird ein Blasformverfahren oder Saugformverfahren
verwandt.
A blow molding or suction molding process is used to manufacture the bottle
