Claims (14)

  1. Procédé d'obtention de celluloses, lignine et hemicelluloses à partir de lignocelluloses par chauffage, de 130° à 190° C, sous pression dans un milieu de décomposition dénué d'alcool primaire ou d'ester d'acide formique d'alcool primaire, caractérisé en ce que ce milieu de décomposition comprend de 50 à 95 % en poids d'acide acétique, 5 à 40% en poids d'acide formique et jusqu'à 45 % en poids d'eau.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la lignocellulose est du bois ou une plante annuelle.
  3. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le taux d'humidité de la lignocellulose est réduit par un pré-traitement à haute température ou par vapeurs de solvant.
  4. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rapport de poids de la lignocellulose au milieu de décomposition varie de 1:1 à 1:12.
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lignocellulose broyée est amenée en continu à un appareil de cuisson sous pression, dans lequel il est extrait à contre-courant du milieu de décomposition et quitte en continu l'appareil de l'autre côté sous une forme extraite.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que l'extraction en continu est conduite de telle manière, que 2 à 20 récipients de décomposition sont disposés l'un à la suite de l'autre et que le milieu de décomposition extrait la lignocellulose à contre-courant.
  7. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend le défibrage de la cellulose.
  8. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend le processus de lavage de la cellulose au niveau de l'extraction en continu.
  9. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lignocellulose a été pré-extraite avec un solvant pour éliminer les composants internes.
  10. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que de l'anhydride acétique a été ajouté au milieu de décomposition.
  11. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un agent de décoloration a été ajouté au milieu de décomposition.
  12. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lignocellulose est imprégnée avant l'introduction dans le récipient de décomposition, avec de l'acide formique, de l'acide acétique, de l'anhydride acétique ou leurs vapeurs.
  13. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la lignocellulose est imprégnée avec un solvant ou sa vapeur, qui forme avec l'eau un azéotrope.
  14. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend la décoloration de la cellulose.
