Abstract

Un format d'image ou écran large 16 : 9 est introduit de façon compatible dans des standards de télévision avec le format 4 : 3, selon le procédé 'boîte aux lettres'. Selon ledit procédé, l'information d'images 16 : 9 est représentée sur des récepteurs 4 : 3 avec des bandes noires en haut et en bas de l'image. Pour obtenir une représentation plein format sans avoir une résolution réduite sur un récepteur 16 : 9, des informations complémentaires sous la forme d'une modulation de bandes latérales résiduelles de la sous-porteuse de chrominance peuvent être transmises dans les lignes se trouvant dans les bandes noires. Dans l'article intitulé 'Adaptive Luminanz-Chrominanz-Trennung mit underschiedlich farbträgerverkoppelten Sampling-Phases' (Séparation adaptive luminance-chrominance à l'aide des phases d'échantillonnage à couplage de la sous-porteuse de chrominance différent' signé R. Schweer, M. Plantholt, et publié dans Fernseh- & Kinotechnik 12/1990, un circuit intégré à filtre à peigne servant à la séparation luminance/chrominance est décrit. Un décodeur numérique à filtre à peigne ayant subi des modifications adéquates peut être utilisé avec ce circuit intégré pour démoduler des informations complémentaires de signaux 'boîte aux lettres' couleurs composites pour préparer un enregistrement de toutes les composantes de tels signaux 'boîte aux lettres' à l'aide d'un magnétoscope S-VHS ou Hi8.

Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour l'enregistrement et/ou la reproduction de signaux vidéo, comportant un circuit (20, 21) disposé en amont d'une entrée du signal de luminance (Y) et une entrée des composantes de chrominance (C), lequel est en mesure de décomposer les signaux complets de chrominance (FBAS), appliqués à son entrée FBAS, en signaux de luminance et de chrominance au moyen d'un filtre adaptateur de signaux (24) et d'un décodeur numérique de chrominance (27) pour la sous-porteuse couleur ; ledit circuit (20, 21) étant utilisé pour démoduler en numérique, au moyen dudit décodeur de chrominance (27), les informations additionnelles modulées sur la sous-porteuse couleur des signaux complets de chrominance appliqués à l'entrée (FBAS) en format "letterbox", et de transmettre les informations additionnelles démodulées à l'entrée du signal de luminance (Y) dudit dispositif durant les lignes dans les bandes du format "letterbox".
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le signal complet de chrominance appliqué à l'entrée (FBAS) est balayé dans ledit circuit (20, 21) à la quadruple fréquence porteuse de couleur.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que la sous-porteuse couleur comportant des informations additionnelles est balayée dans le décodeur de chrominance (27) à la double fréquence porteuse de couleur, et qu'une onde porteuse de couleur y est générée dont la position de phase de balayage correspond à la phase de modulation côté émetteur de ladite onde porteuse de couleur.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que, dans le décodeur de chrominance (27), les phases de balayage sont déduites du signal de chrominance et fournies par l'intermédiaire d'un maître-oscillateur PLL.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que ledit circuit (20, 21) comporte un filtre de Nyquist (41) dont le point de 6dB est proche de la sous-porteuse couleur et qui sert à filtrer les informations additionnelles modulées sur la sous-porteuse couleur.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que les composantes de luminance des signaux complets de chrominance comprises dans les lignes en dehors des bandes du format "letterbox", sont filtrées à l'aide du filtre de Nyquist (41) avant leur balayage au niveau du convertisseur analogique-numérique (21).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que ledit décodeur de chrominance (27) effectue également une élévation de l'amplitude.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'enregistrement, les informations additionnelles démodulées subissent une élévation de leur niveau de tension continue dans ledit circuit (20, 21).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce qu'il est associé à un magnétoscope, et notamment un magnétoscope S-VHS ou Hi8.
