Aus dem DE-GM 88 00 918.1 ist ein Scharnier bekannt, bei dem die Scharnierverstellung nach Lösen einer Feststellschraube durch Drehen einer Verstellschraube mittels Schraubendreher in einer Handhabungslage, bei der die Längsachse des Schraubendrehers parallel zur Türfläche verläuft, erfolgt. In dieser Betätigungslage läßt sich der Schraubendreher schlecht fassen, was ein Verstellen des Scharniers erschwert. Darüber hinaus besteht keine optische Möglichkeit, den Verstellweg exakt festzustellen. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung im Patentanspruch 1 verwendet zur Scharnierverstellung eine gezahnte Feder im Scharnierteil, während in einer Variante der Erfindung gemäß Patentanspruch 3 (Fig. 6) das Scharnierteil selbst mit einer Zahnung versehen ist. Bei beiden Lösungen wird die Verstellung des Scharnierteils und damit das Nachjustieren der Tür in einem entsprechenden Rahmen mit Hilfe eines mit der Zahnung korrespondierenden Werkzeuges, z. B. eines Kreuzschlitzschraubendrehers, durchgeführt. Die Vorrichtung des Türscharniers gemäß der Erfindung 1 nach den Figuren 1 bis 5 besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Führungsteil 1, in das ein Scharnierteil 2 mit einer Feder 16 horizontal verschieblich gelagert ist. Das Führungsteil 1 hat einen Schlitz 4 und einen Führungssteg 5 zur verschieblichen Aufnahme des Scharnierteils 2, das mit einem entsprechenden Führungssteg 6 im Schlitz 4 und einer Nut 7 auf dem Führungssteg 5 des Führungsteils 1 beweglich ist. Das Führungsteil 1 wird mittels der Rastnasen 8 und 9 in korrespondierende Aufnahmen 10 im Türholm 11 und 12 im Türteil 13 aufgerastet. Mit einer Verbindungsschraube 14, die durch ein Langloch 15 im Führungsteil 1 geführt ist, wird das Scharnierteil 2 mit dem Führungsteil 1 beweglich lösbar verbunden. Die Längsverstellung des Scharnierteils im Führungsteil zum Ein- bzw. Nachjustieren der Tür in einem entsprechenden, hier nicht näher beschriebenen und gezeichneten Rahmen erfolgt über die im Scharnierteil 2 eingeklemmte Feder 16. Zu diesem Zweck verfügt die Feder 16 über zwei abgewinkelte Stützflächen 17 und 18, mit denen sie im Scharnierteil 2 unter Klemmwirkung an entsprechenden Gegenflächen 17' und 18' anliegt. Zwischen den Stützflächen 17 und 18 bzw. 17' und 18' ist die Feder 16 starr ausgebildet. Sie ist in diesem Teil mittig mit einem Langloch 19 versehen und verfügt an ihrem unteren Rand über eine Zahnung 20.
