Abstract

A transport box made of a rigid material such as wood, plastic or metal comprises side walls (40, 42, 46) whose pivoting axes are at differing distances from the ground (34), so that the transport box can be folded down flat when not in use, the side walls lying parallel on one another and on the ground (34) in the collapsed state. <IMAGE>
