Derartige Vorrichtungen sind in vielen Ausführungsformen bekannt geworden. Ein erstes Beispiel ist aus Dokument DE-B-1786317 bekannt. Dort ist eine Vorrichtung zum Befestigen und Justieren von Druckplatten an Plattenzylindern von Druckmaschinen erwähnt, in der nach dem Einführen und Befestigen einer neuen Druckplatte in die Spannleisten sofort eine richtige Justierung gegeben ist, so daß ein neues Einrichten der Druckplatte bzw. der Spannleiste und neue Probedrucke entfallen. Als weiteres Beispiel sei auf die DE-OS 38 43 395 verwiesen. Diesem Stand der Technik ist es gemeinsam, daß der die Nullage der vorderen Spannschiene definierende Anschlag die vordere Grubenwand ist. In die vordere Spannschiene sind beabstandet voneinander und über deren Länge verteilt mehrere Spannschrauben eingeschraubt, die von Hand so eingestellt werden müssen, daß die Nullage des Druckzylinders in die gewünschte Position kommt, wie diese für den gesamten Maschinenlauf benötigt wird. Diese Einstellung der Nullage ist aber problematisch. Man kann nämlich nicht die vordere Grubenwand als solche als Nullage nehmen, weil dann in aller Regel kleinere Wölbungen der Druckplatte über dem Umfang des Druckzylinders verbleiben, insbesondere am Anfang der Druckplatte. Diese Wölbungen können auch durch ein Nachspannen am hinteren Ende der Druckplatte nicht ausgeglichen werden, weil hierzu die Reibung über die gesamte Druckplatte, die ja schon am Umfang des Druckzylinders anliegt, zu groß ist. Moderne Druckplatten bestehen aus einem Material, welches nicht zu stark gespannt werden darf, wenn es sich nicht unzulässig längen soll. Die Bedienungsperson verstellt daher die vordere Spannschiene ausgehend von der durch die vordere Grubenwand definierten Nullage um einen gewissen Weg nach hinten und probiert dann mehrmals, bis durch ein richtiges Einstellen aller Spannschrauben der vorderen Spannschiene die richtige Nullage gefunden ist. Es liegt auf der Hand, daß dies nicht nur arbeitsaufwendig ist, sondern insbesondere ist es nachteilig, daß das Resultat trotz des großen Arbeitsaufwandes nicht immer dem gewünschten Ergebnis entspricht, vor allem weil ja die durch die vordere Grubenwand definierte Nullage hierbei verlassen werden mußte und die Lage der vorderen Spannschiene relativ zu den Spannschrauben mehrmals geändert werden mußte, und dies in der Regel bei allen Spannschrauben der vorderen Spannschiene. Als Ergebnis ist festzuhalten, daß das Justieren der Druckplatte am Druckzylinder beim Stand der Technik nicht nur arbeitsaufwendig ist, sondern die gewünschte Nulljustierung wird trotz des großen Arbeitsaufwandes nicht immer ausreichend sicher erreicht mit der Folge von Makulatur und erneutem Arbeitsaufwand zur Nachjustierung.Such devices have become known in many embodiments. In Fig. 1 ist in einer schematischen stirnseitigen Ansicht ein Ausschnitt aus einem Druckzylinder 1 gezeigt, der sich in Richtung des Pfeiles 2 dreht. In axialer Richtung des Zylinders erstreckt sich eine Zylindergrube 3. In dieser ist eine vordere Spannleiste 4 und eine hintere Spannleiste 5 aufgenommen. Über geeignete Stifte 6 sind die Enden einer Druckplatte 7 mit den Spannleisten 4, 5 lösbar verbunden. Claims (6)

  1.
