Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektromagnetisch gesteuertes Wertbehälterschloß mit kodierbarem Freigabesignal, einer einzigen Schlüssellochöffnung und einer in dieser Öffnung gelagerten Handhabe zur Betätigung des Hauptriegels, dessen Gehäuse außer einem mit Zuhaltungen versehenen Schließwerk einen unter dem Hauptriegel gelagerten Notriegel aufweist.
- Ein derartiges Schloß ist aus der Europäischen Patentschrift 0228027 bekannt. Dort wird in Fig. 6 - 11 ein Mietfachschloß dargestellt, bei dem die Steuer- und Sperrhebel in der Hauptöffnung des Schlosses untergebracht sind, während der zur Steuerung erforderliche Elektromagnet und ein Mikroschalter durch eine rückseitige Öffnung des Gehäuses eingebaut sind.
- Diese Konstruktion erfordert ein relativ aufwendiges Druckgußgehäuse, das nach der Schloßmontage durch zwei verschiedene Deckel verschlossen werden muß.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein besonders vielseitig einsetzbares Schloß zu schaffen, dessen Gehäuse eine gänzlich geschlossene Rückseite aufweist, wobei trotzdem alle Kontroll- und Steuerelemente gut zugänglich bleiben sollen.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch die im Patentanspruch angegebenen Mittel gelöst.
- Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand von Fig. 1 - 12 der Zeichnung beschrieben.

- In Fig. 1 ist mit 1 das Schloßgehäuse bezeichnet, dessen linke Stirnseite eine Riegelöffnung 1a aufweist. Vier Durchgangslöcher 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e dienen der Schloßbefestigung. Diese Löcher sind in stabilen gegossenen Säulen untergebracht. Zusätzlich sind kleinere Gewindelöcher 1f, 1g, 1h, 1i, 1j, 1k vorgesehen, die der Befestigung des Deckels dienen.
- In den Gehäuseboden ist der Schlüsseldorn 2 eingesetzt, ferner ein sehr kräftiger Lagerdorn 3 für das Zuhaltungspaket. Ein angeformter Steg 1m dient als Führungsleiste für den Notriegel. In der rechten Gehäusehälfte ist ein Dorn 4 für den Sperrhebel vorgesehen. Ein weiterer Dorn 5 hat die Aufgabe, den Elektromagneten 6 zu halten. Ein angeformter Dorn 7 dient als Aufhängepunkt für eine Zugfeder, die mit einer Schlüsselraste 8 nach Fig. 2 verbunden ist.
- Die Schlüsselraste 8 ist über ein Langloch 8a verschiebbar gelagert. Im rechten Teil ist eine Aussparung 8b vorgesehen, in der der Schlüsselbart in zwei Vorzugsstellungen gehalten wird. Eine Schraubenfeder 9 zieht die Schlüsselraste 8 nach rechts.
- In Fig. 3 ist der Wirbel 10 dargestellt, der unten eine Lagerbohrung 10a, in der Mitte eine Schlüsselsteuerkurve 10b und oben einen Mitnehmerstift 10c aufweist. Der Wirbel 10 wird um den Dorn 1n geschwenkt und übersetzt die Bewegung des Schlüsselbartes in einen größeren Riegelweg.
- Schlüsselraste 8 und Wirbel 10 sind im linken Teil des Schloßgehäuses ganz unten angeordnet.
- Fig. 4 zeigt einen Sperrschieber 11, der ganz unten im rechten Teil des Schloßgehäuses gelagert ist. Er weist in der Mitte ein Langloch 11a auf, durch das der Gehäusedorn 4 tritt. Oben links ist ein Dorn 12 angenietet, der über eine Riegelbrücke (Fig. 5) mit dem Dorn 10c des Wirbels 10 gekoppelt ist. Der Sperrschieber 11 ist mit einem Tourstift 13 vernietet, der in den Steuer- und Sperrhebel (Fig. 6, 7) eingreift.
- In Fig. 5a ist die Riegelbrücke 14 in Seitenansicht, in Fig. 5b in Draufsicht dargestellt.
- Sie besteht aus einem ausgestanzten und abgekanteten Blechteil, das den Wirbel 10 kraftschlüssig mit dem Sperrschieber 11 verbindet. Dabei greift der Dorn 10c in das Langloch 14a und der Dorn 12 in das Langloch 14b ein.
- Fig. 6 zeigt das Zusammenwirken des Sperrschiebers 11 mit dem Steuerhebel 15 und dem Sperrhebel 16. Der Anker 16a des Sperrhebels steht einem gehäusefesten Elektromagneten 6 gegenüber. In der gezeichneten Stellung ruht der Tourstift 13 des Sperrschiebers 11 in einer Aussparung 15a des Steuerhebels 15. Der Sperrschieber 11 kann also nicht nach rechts verschoben werden. Da er mit dem Hauptriegel gekoppelt ist, ist dieser gesperrt. Wenn der Anker 16a festgehalten wird, drückt der mit dem Sperrschieber 11 verbundene Steuerstift 17 den Sperrhebel 16 nach oben, wobei über den Lagerdorn 18 der Steuerhebel 15 mitgeschwenkt wird. Die Drehachse für den Steuerhebel 15 ist dabei der gehäusefeste Lagerdorn 4. Eine Schraubenfeder 25 versucht, Steuer- und Sperrhebel zusammenzuhalten.
- In Fig. 7 ist der somit erreichte Freigabezustand dargestellt. Zur weiteren Erläuterung der Funktion der elektromagnetischen Steuerung wird auf das eingangs genannte Patent hingewiesen.
- Fig. 8 stellt den Notriegel 19 dar, der im Gehäuse über dem Wirbel 10 und dem Steuerhebel 15 gelagert ist. Am linken Ende trägt dieser Riegel einen Tourstift 20, der durch den Hauptriegel hindurch in das Zuhaltungspaket eingreift.
- Mit 19a ist eine Schlüsselsteuerkurve bezeichnet. In der Mitte ist ein Langloch 19b vorgesehen, durch das der Dorn 3 hindurchgreift. Ein weiteres Langloch 19c dient dem Durchtritt des Tourstiftes 13 und des Dornes 4. Am rechten Ende des Notriegels ist ein Vorsprung 19d vorgesehen, der sich bei Rechtsverschiebung dieses Riegels vor den Haltestift 16b des Sperrhebels 16 legt und das Hochschwenken des Sperrhebels verhindert. Die Wirkung ist die gleiche, als wäre der Elektromagnet bestromt. Die Betätigung des Notriegels kann also den Hauptriegel freigeben, wenn der Magnet versagt, die Elektronik defekt ist oder die Ziffernkombination vergessen wurde.
- Fig. 9 zeigt den auf dem Notriegel gelagerten Hauptriegel 21, der keine Schlüsselsteuerkurve aufweist, weil er lediglich über den Mitnehmerstift 10c des Wirbels 10 angetrieben wird. Er weist außer dem Riegelkopf 21a ein Langloch 21b für den Tourstift 20 des Notriegels 19 auf. Eine längliche Aussparung 21c dient der Durchführung des Schlüssels. Ein Langloch 21d nimmt den Lagerdorn 3 auf. Ein rechteckiger Durchbruch 21e nimmt den Tourstift 13 des Sperrschiebers 11 auf, so daß dieser besonders stabil von oben und unten gehalten wird. Ein weiteres Langloch 21f führt den Riegel auf dem gehäusefesten Dorn 4. Durch die Öffnung 21g greift der Mitnehmerstift 10C des Wirbels.
- Zusätzlich weist der Riegel eine Vertiefung 21h auf, in der eine ortsfeste Bohrschutzplatte 22 aus Manganhartstahl ruht. Diese in Fig. 10 dargestellte Platte greift mit ihrer Öffnung 22a über den Lagerdorn 3. Die Schlüssellochaussparung 22b ist nur so groß, daß gerade der Antriebsteil des Schlüssels durchtreten kann. In die Aussparung 22c tritt der Tourstift 20 ein, wenn der Notriegel betätigt wird.
- Auf dem Hauptriegel und der Bohrschutzplatte liegt ein nicht dargestelltes Zuhaltungspaket, das nur bei der Notöffnung benötigt wird.
- Das komplette Schloß nach Fig. 11 weistim Deckel 23 mehrere Öffnungen auf, durch die einige Funktionen optisch überprüft werden können. Mit 23a ist das Schlüsselloch bezeichnet, mit 23b ein Langloch für den Tourstift 20. In den Schlitzen 23c, 23d werden Stifte des Zuhaltungspaketes sichtbar. Das Loch 23e stützt zusätzlich den Lagerdorn 3 ab.
- Fig. 12 zeigt die Schließwelle 24, die für den elektrisch kodierten Normalbetrieb abnehmbar in das Schloß eingebaut wird. Die Schließwelle ist wie ein normaler Schlüssel in ihrem unteren Teil aufgebohrt. Wichtigster Bestandteil ist der Schließhaken 24a, der nur die Schlüsselraste und den Wirbel betätigt, nicht aber den Notriegel. Der obere Teil der Schließwelle 24 ist mit einer achsparallelen Nut 24b versenen, die der verdrehungssicheren Halterung einer Handhabe dient. Der Verdrehwinkel der Handhabe wird mechanisch derart begrenzt, daß man die Schließwelle 24 nur aus dem Schloß herausziehen kann, wenn vorher die mit einer Schraube gesicherte Handhabe abgenommen wurde.
- Im Normalbetrieb des Schlosses tippt der Benutzer seine Zahlenkombination ein. Bei richtiger Zahl wird für eine begrenzte Zeit der Magnet erregt, so daß innerhalb dieser Zeit die Handhabe nach rechts gedreht werden kann, wobei der Hauptriegel über den Sperrschieber den Sperr- und Steuerhebel umsteuert und unter Mitnahme des Tourstiftes 13 voll in die Offenstellung geht. Hierbei bleibt das Zuhaltungspaket ungeordnet und der Notriegel im Ruhezustand.
- Wenn jetzt die Kombination vergessen wurde, die Elektronik versagt haben oder der Magnet defekt sein sollte, muß eine Notöffnung erfolgen. Hierzu wird die Handhabe abgenommen, die Schließwelle entfernt und der Notschlüssel eingesetzt. Er weist eine ganz normale Doppelbartkodierung auf und unterscheidet sich von der Schließwelle auch dadurch, daß der Schließhaken höher ist. Bei Drehung des Notschlüssels im Uhrzeigersinn werden die Zuhaltungen eingeordnet, der Notriegel 19 wird nach rechts verschoben und der Tourstift 20 tritt in die Zuhaltungen ein. Der Vorsprung 19d bewegt sich vor den Haltestift 16b und hält damit den Sperrhebel 16 fest, so daß der Steuerhebel 15 nach oben schwenken und den Weg des Tourstiftes 13 freigeben kann. Bei der Notöffnung sind also beide Tourstifte 13 und 20 in Funktion.
- Der Wertschrank kann mit dem Notschlüssel so lange geöffnet und wieder verschlossen werden, bis eine Reparatur durchgeführt ist. Ein Verlust an Sicherheit ist mit diesem Notbetrieb nicht verbunden.
- Der Hauptriegel des Schlosses kann auch als Falle ausgebildet sein. Bei dieser Ausführungsform wird eine Feder zwischen Riegel und Gehäuse vorgesehen, die das Ausfahren des Riegels bewirkt. Es ist dann zweckmäßig, die Steuerung so zu programmieren, daß auch beim Zuschließen der Code eingegeben werden muß.
- Die elektronische Steuerung wird als vergossenes Bauelement im rechten Teil des Schloßgehäuses untergebracht. Das Schloß benötigt keinen Netzanschluß, sondern wird vorzugsweise mit langlebigen Lithiumbatterien ausgerüstet, deren Schutzgehäuse am Schloßgehäuse aufgehängt werden kann.
Die Eingabetastatur für den Code wird auf die Türfläche fixiert.
An die Stelle der Eingabetastatur kann ein Scheckkartenleser treten. - Für den Einsatz im Hotelbereich kann die Steuerung so eingerichtet sein, daß der Hotelgast das Schloß mit seiner Kreditkarte programmiert.
- Das beschriebene Wertbehälterschloß ist auf verschienen Gebieten gewerblich einsetzbar. Es kann sowohl für Hotelzimmersafes als auch in Büro- oder Privaträumen vorteilhaft benutzt und in verschiedenen Bedienungsvarianten angeboten werden.
- Für den Benutzer ist es außerordentlich bequem, daß er nicht ständig einen Schlüssel mitführen muß, daß aber der sicher erreichbare Notschlüssel ohne Kostenaufwand eine Öffnung ermöglicht, wenn die Kombination vergessen wurde oder die Scheckkarte verloren gegangen ist.

Claims (8)
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Notriegel (19) den Tourstift (20) des Schließwerkes trägt,
daß ein von der Handhabe über eine Schließwelle (24) betätigter Wirbel (10) den Hauptriegel (21) und einen Sperrschieber (11) antreibt,
daß der Sperrschieber einen mit dem Hauptriegel gekoppelten Tourstift (13) trägt, in dessen Bahn ein Steuerhebel (15) liegt, der mit einem elektromagnetisch kontrollierten Sperrhebel (16) zusammenwirkt,
daß der Elektromagnet (6) am Boden des Schloßgehäuses (1) befestigt ist,
daß der nach Entfernung derHandhabe und der Schließwelle (24) von einem codierten Notschlüssel betätigbare Notriegel (19) mit seinem rechten Ende (Vorsprung 19d) einem auf dem Sperrhebel (16) befestigten Haltestift (16b) gegenübersteht, derart, daß der Notriegel (19) auf seinem Rückzugsweg den Sperrhebel (16) festhält, wodurch der Sperrschieber-Tourstift (13) freigegeben ist, der Notriegel-Tourstift (20) in das vom Notschlüssel geordnete Zuhaltungspaket eindringen kann und der Hauptriegel (21) in die Offenstellung geht.
daß Wirbel (10) und Sperrschieber (11) über Dorne (10c, 12) und eine abgewinkelte Riegelbrücke (14) miteinander gekoppelt sind,
daß auf dem Wirbel (10) und dem Sperrschieber (11) der Notriegel (19) liegt,
daß auf dem Notriegel (19) der Hauptriegel (21) liegt und daß der Wirbeldorn (10C) und der Sperrschieber-Tourstift (13) kraftschlüssig in den Hauptriegel (21) eingreifen.
