Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Transportvorrichtung zum Bereitstellen von leeren Spulenhülsen an den Spinnstellen und zum Abtransportieren von vollen Spinnspulen von den Spinnstellen einer doppelseitigen Spinnmaschine, insbesondere einer Ringspinnmaschine.The invention relates to a transport device for providing empty bobbin tubes at the spinning stations and for removing full spinning bobbins from the spinning stations of a double-sided spinning machine, in particular a ring spinning machine.
Bei einer Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art, die aus der DE-OS 37 12 027 bekannt ist, sind auf beiden Seiten der Spinnmaschine Transportelemente vorgesehen, die zu einer hin- und hergehenden Bewegung angetrieben sind. Diese Transportelemente nehmen nur in einer Bewegungsrichtung Teller mit, die mit einem nach oben aufragenden Zapfen zur Aufnahme einer Spulenhülse oder einer Spinnspule versehen sind. Den Tellern ist eine Führungsvorrichtung zugeordnet, die U-förmig um die Spinnmaschine geführt ist. Des weiteren sind Mittel zum Zu- und Abführen der Teller von der Transportvorrichtung vorgesehen. Bei der bekannten Spinnmaschine erfolgt der Spulenwechsel automatisch mittels einer Spulenwechseleinrichtung. Das Auswechseln der vollen Spinnspulen gegen leere Spulenhülsen wird zunächst dadurch eingeleitet, daß die Teller mit den leeren Spulenhülsen mittels der Transportvorrichtung derart unterhalb der Spinnstellen positioniert werden, daß die Teller exakt zu den Spinnstellen ausgerichtet werden, damit sie für einen automatischen Spulenwechsel in einer korrekten Position stehen. Ein an der Spulenwechseleinrichtung vorgesehener Spulengreifmechanismus hebt die vollen Spinnspulen von der Spindelbank ab und setzt sie auf eine Hilfszapfenreihe auf, die zwischen der Spindelbank und der Transportvorrichtung angeordnet ist. Auf die freien Spindeln der Spindelbank werden mittels der Spulenwechseleinrichtung dann die leeren abgenommenen Spulenhülsen von den unterhalb der Spinnstelle angeordneten Tellern aufgesetzt.Anschließend werden die vollen Spinnspulen von der Hilfszapfenreihe auf den Zapfen der Teller positioniert. Die Mitnehmer sind so dem Spindelabstand angepaßt, daß sie die Teller beim Spulenwechsel in einer exakten Position anordnen. Im Bereich der Maschinenendgestelle der Ringspinnmaschine sind Umlenkrollen angeordnet. In der Zeichnung nicht näher dargestellt sind Ein- und Ausschleusvorrichtungen, mit denen die Teller (14) dem Transportband (4) zugeführt oder von diesem abgeführt werden können. Claims (6)
- Transport device for supplying empty bobbin tubes to, and for carrying away full bobbins from the spinning positions of a double-sided spinning frame, especially a ring-spinning frame, characterised in that there is provided an endless driven conveyor belt (4), which is guided in upright position around the area of the spinning positions of the spinning frame (1) and which carries driver elements (12) for plates (14), the plates (14) being provided with pins (17) for supporting a bobbin (19) and the driver elements (12) being arranged to align the plates (14) at a spacing corresponding to the spindle centre spacing, and that the driver elements (12) each have a pin (21) arranged at a spacing corresponding to the spindle centre spacing and intended to receive an empty bobbin tube (18).
- Transport device according to claim 1, characterised in that the pins (21) of the driver elements (12) are arranged at the same height as the pins (17) of the plates (14).
- Transport device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the driver elements (12) are designed as carrier elements for the plates (14), each plate (14) being carried by two driver elements (12).
- Transport device according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a receiving opening (20) is provided on the driver elements (12) and configured for receiving the marginal area of the plates (14).
- Transport device according to claim 4, characterised in that the driver elements (12) are U-shaped in cross-section, the receiving opening (20) being defined by the legs of the U.
- Transport device according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the driver elements (12) are formed integrally with a foot piece (22) by means of which they can be mounted on the conveyor belt (4).
