Description

The invention relates to an arming / disarming switching device for an intrusion detection system with a central alarm system, a block lock and a bolt lock arranged in the door leaf of an access door.

Burglar alarm systems protect rooms or buildings against unauthorized entry, ie if an unauthorized person enters the secured room, an alarm must be triggered. The access door, which is locked last when leaving a room or building, has a block lock with which the intrusion detection system is inevitably armed. The intrusion alarm system may and may only be armed when all parts of the system are at rest. This inevitability means that, in the case of a secured door or window that is not properly locked, the system cannot be armed, this is mechanically prevented, i.e. the system cannot be armed with the block lock unless the system is in the necessary readiness to close is brought. Such block locks are operated with a key and are arranged directly in the access door of the room or area to be protected. They are installed in addition to a door lock arranged in the door leaf of the access door, which generally has to be closed to mechanically secure the door. This can also be monitored. The assembly of the block lock directly in the door leaf of the access door has the disadvantage that this block lock is in the immediate access area of a burglar. In order to prevent tampering with it and to prevent the intrusion detection system from being outwitted, considerable effort is put into the block lock, so that the block lock alone is very cost-intensive in comparison to a simple intrusion detection system. In addition, a connecting line from the door leaf to the door frame or the masonry is also required in order to connect the block lock to the control center. There is also a possibility of attack here. In addition, the installation of the additional block lock in the door leaf and the routing of the necessary cables is very labor-intensive and therefore continues to increase costs.

It is therefore an object of the invention to avoid the disadvantages mentioned above and to design and arrange a block lock of an intruder alarm system described at the outset in such a way that no additional lock and cable installation in a door leaf is required.

This object is achieved in that the block lock is formed by a mental switching device, an electromechanical locking device and a bolt switch.

The electromechanical locking device and the bolt switch are expediently arranged in the door frame behind the striking plate or within the lock box of the access door to be secured and electrically connected to the signaling center. The mental locking device, which is expediently attached next to the access door, has an input device, which can be formed, for example, from a keyboard or a microphone and is connected to the control center in which the actual evaluation device for the mental switching device is arranged.

A block lock designed in this way has the following advantages. No additional lock and no cable routing in or on the door leaf is required, because the necessary devices are arranged in the door frame. In addition to higher functional reliability, this results in a lower starting point for manipulations, i.e. immunity to interference is increased. There is also no additional key for the block lock.

The block lock according to the invention is designed so that the electromechanical locking device releases or prevents the movement of the lock of the door lock depending on the readiness for locking or the disarming release of the intrusion detection system, the lock switch being actuated by the extended lock. If there is no readiness to close, the electromechanical locking device prevents the door from locking. Only when the intruder alarm system is at rest can the door be locked with the bolt lock, generally operated with a key, and simultaneously armed. It can be determined with the bolt switch that the door is locked, and it can be activated at the same time.

The disarming is expediently carried out with the intellectual switching device by Disarming a certain code is entered. However, it can also be activated depending on a correctly entered code. This can increase the security of an intruder alarm system and has the advantage that the system is not inadvertently armed when the door is locked.

Disarming only by unlocking the door by unlocking the bolt lock is also possible, but reduces security in the intrusion detection system.

The block lock according to the invention is monitored and controlled in the signaling center, which controls the block lock as a function of a readiness for locking or disarming and as a function of the code entered via the input device.

  • Fig. 2 schematically shows a schematic diagram.

In Fig. 1 one or more message lines ML1 ... ML i are connected to the message center MZ. In addition to the usual evaluation and monitoring devices, an evaluation device AWG is provided in the control center MZ for the mental switching device GS, which is connected to the input device EV for the mental switching device GS. The input device EV can consist of a keyboard, that is, an electromechanical input device, or an acoustic input device, a microphone. In any case, an appropriately agreed code must be entered will. The alarm center MZ is also connected to the bolt switch RS, which notifies the alarm center when the bolt is extended, ie the door is closed. Furthermore, the alarm center MZ is connected to the electromechanical locking device SPV, which is controlled by the alarm center MZ and which releases or prevents the movement of the bolt. The electromechanical locking device SPV releases the movement of the bolt when the system is at rest in all parts, so that it can be armed. This can also be made dependent on the actuation of the mental switching device. If the door is locked and the intruder alarm system is armed, the bolt is also prevented from being unlocked with the electromechanical locking device. Only when the system is disarmed does the electromechanical locking device release the movement for the bolt so that the door can be unlocked.

This is shown schematically in FIG. In the door frame TR, the electromechanical locking device SPV is arranged in the lock case SK, which has, for example, an electromagnet EM which actuates a locking pin SB. The blocking device SPV is connected to the alarm center MZ. Likewise, the bolt switch RS is connected to the alarm center MZ, which is arranged in the door frame TR in the lock case SK so that the bolt switch RS is actuated when the bolt R is extended. The message center MZ is also connected to an input device EV, which is shown here as a keyboard and, together with the evaluation device AWG, forms the intellectual switching device GS in the message center MZ. In the door leaf TB of the access door, a bolt lock Rsch is shown - partially to be seen - which has a bolt R, which in the usual way with a Key is pressed. The bolt R has a recess A, into which the locking bolt SB of the electromechanical locking device SPV engages when the bolt R is extended. Bolt R cannot be extended if the intruder alarm system must not be armed. This is also prevented with the electromechanical locking device SPV because the locking bolt SB blocks the extension of the bolt R. If the movement of the bolt is released, ie the locking bolt SB does not prevent the movement of the bolt R, the door can be locked and the system can be armed by pressing the bolt switch RS. Then the locking locking pin SB of the locking device SPV engaging in the recess A of the bolt R prevents the unlocking of the bolt lock Rsch. If the bolt R is forcibly opened, for example by breaking off the locking bolt SB, this is recognized and generally leads to an alarm being triggered because the bolt switch RS then responds. In the normal case, the system is disarmed or prepared for it via the mental switching device GS, for example in that the locking device SPV releases the movement for the bolt R and the actual disarming takes place by unlocking the bolt lock RSch via the bolt switch RS. As already indicated above, a number of possibilities and combinations are available for this and can also be carried out without further ado. The effort for this is also not very great in the control center for the block lock control and monitoring according to the invention, since modern intrusion detection systems are equipped with microprocessors and are controlled accordingly, so that the microprocessor-controlled control center can be adapted accordingly for the block lock according to the invention.
