Description

The invention relates to a scraper device with a cantilever over an aggregate storage and about this pivotable boom, which is mounted on a base at the central end, a winch arranged near the base and a scraper bucket moved by di eser by means of rope, the being from one of the Winch directly to the scraper bucket and there is a return from the winch along the boom via at least one deflection roller arranged at its free end to the scraper bucket.

Scraper devices of this construction are known in a variety of embodiments (e.g. CH-PS360 331). In these scraper devices, the base is generally arranged on the top of a column. From the column stem-shaped partitions start, which divide the aggregate storage into individual boxes for different material or different grain. In addition, there is often a metering wall near the column through which the aggregates are fed to the processing machines of the concrete preparation plant. The scraper bucket is used for this purpose, which - lowered into the selected aggregate - is pulled towards the metering wall by means of the pulling rope in order to always fill up sufficient material there. For a new work cycle, the step bucket must be withdrawn, whereby it is preferably lifted out of the aggregate beforehand. For this purpose, the return rope must be shortened, which happens in known systems (eg DE-AS 10 72 533) because a brake is required for the pull rope and separate rope drums are required for the pull rope and return rope. Such a solution is naturally complex and prone to failure.

It has therefore already been proposed in connection with scraper devices of a different type, the so-called bridge scraper devices, in which the free end of the boom is supported on the floor by a driving support (DE-OS 20 48 533), to arrange a rocker arm on the driving support a pulley for the return rope is supported at its free end. The winch for driving the scraper rope is located near the pivot axis of the rocker on the support. All other drive units are also arranged on the support, while the boom at its central end only sits in a pivot bearing on the central column.

The traction cable is led from the scraper bucket via a deflection roller arranged near the pivot bearing on the boom, then along the boom to the winch, while the return rope is guided from the winch via the deflection roller at the end of the rocker to the scraper bucket. Since the winch and the pulley at the end of the rocker are only a short distance from each other and the winch rope drum has a certain axial extent in order to be able to accommodate a corresponding Seikkänge, the rope deflection angle between the winch drum and the deflection roller is very high large, so that the return rope is heavily used and wears out quickly.

In practice, therefore, not a simple deflection roller, but rather a rope drum has been mounted at the end of the rocker arm, so that the angle of deflection is only small. Such a cable drum with a corresponding axial extension, however, requires two rockers arranged in parallel, each of which also has its own drive, for. B. each require a hydraulic cylinder. Such a construction is extremely reliable, but it also requires a considerable amount of construction.

The invention is based on the object of designing a scraper device of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that the structural outlay for shortening the return cable is reduced without impairing the functional reliability.

This object is achieved in that at least one pulley is mounted in the region of the guide of the return rope, which can be moved from an operating position into a position shortening the return rope.

Due to the known arrangement of the winch in the area of the base of the scraper and by the arrangement of the rope shortening the return rope, the latter arrangement can be made so that the rope deflection angle can be kept within harmless limits. Thus, the scraper device according to the invention manages with a simple roller and no rope drum is required. It also eliminates two-armed swivel levers and double drive for them.

In a preferred embodiment, the rope pulley, as is known per se (DE-OS 20 48 533), is arranged at the end of a lever which, however, according to the invention is mounted on the boom or — if present — on the operating cabin of the scraper.

Two embodiments are particularly suitable for this, namely that the lever is mounted on the operating cabin and the winch is arranged on the side opposite the boom, with reference to the base, or that the lever is free at the free end of the boom At the end, the deflection roller is in turn supported. In the former case, the necessary drive connections between the central end of the boom, in the area of which all the drive units are usually located, are very small. In the second case, there is the additional advantage that the lever can also be pivoted beyond the free end of the boom, with the result that the scraper bucket can be ejected to the rear via the base of the aggregate store, so that it can also capture material stored there. The latter variant has the further advantage that the deflection pulley, which is necessary per se, is also used as a pulley to shorten the

According to another embodiment of the invention, the cable pulley is assigned a second cable pulley at a distance, the distance between the cable pulleys being variable and the cable being guided over both cable pulleys in the manner of a pulley block. Such an embodiment has the advantage that it can in particular be integrated into the boom and also does not surpass the position in the return position. Furthermore, the guidance and the drive can be made simpler.

  • Figur 1 Eine schematische Seitenansicht eines Schrappgerätes mit Zuschlagstofflager;
Further details and advantages of the invention result from the following description of some embodiments shown in the drawing. The drawing shows:
  • Figure 1 is a schematic side view of a scraper with aggregate storage;
  • Figure 2 is a view corresponding to Figure 1 of a modified embodiment.

In Figure 1, a partition 1 of the aggregate storage can be seen, which limits one of the boxes to the side. In this box an aggregate 2 of certain grain size is stored. In a plan view (not shown), the boxes are arranged in a star shape around a column 3 which has a base 4 on its head. In the exemplary embodiment shown, an operating cabin 5 is mounted on this base above a slewing ring 7, which has a winch 8 in its substructure 6 in the rear area for driving the device.

In the front area of the substructure 6, a boom 9 is pivotally mounted at 10 and anchored via a rope or a strut 11. The boom 9 is used to suspend a scraper bucket 12, which can be pulled from the slope foot of the aggregate 2 to the column 3 by means of a pull rope 13 and thereby pushes the material up to the column. At the rear of the scraper bucket 12 engages a return rope 14, which is deflected via a roller 15 at the free end of the boom 9, then guided with a section 16 along the boom and extends via a guide roller 17 to the winch 8. In contrast, the pull rope 13 is led directly to the winch 8, which worries about the drive of the scraper rope.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, a cable pulley 18, which is identical to the guide pulley 17, is arranged on the operating cabin 5 in the rear upper region, via which the cable is guided and which serves to shorten the cable when the scraper bucket 12 is withdrawn. For this purpose, the cable pulley 18 is mounted on the free end of a lever 19, which in turn is arranged pivotably at 20 on the control cabin. It can be pivoted, for example, by means of a hydraulic cylinder 21 into the dash-dotted, lowered position, in which the section of the return rope 14 is shortened according to the dash-dotted line. In this position, the scraping bucket 12 is lifted out of the aggregate and can be retracted into its starting position — left in the drawing.

In the embodiment shown in Figure 2, the cable pulley 18 is shifted to the front end of the boom 9 and at the same time fulfills the function of the deflecting roller 15. It also sits at the end of a lever 19 which is pivotally mounted at 20 at the free end of the boom 9 and can be brought from the operating position shown with a solid line to the return position shown in broken lines. When the lever 19 is pivoted into the dash-dotted position, the step bucket 12 can be ejected beyond the embankment foot, particularly in manual operation.

Of course, the lever 19 with the pulley 18 can also be arranged at any point on the boom 9. Furthermore, it is possible to support the boom 9 at its free end via a spread support which can be moved along the periphery of the aggregate store. Here too, however, the drive takes place centrally from the control cabin 5.
