Erfindungsgemäss wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass auf dem Mittelschenkel ein einen rechten Winkel bildender WInkelrahmen mit seinem einen Rahmenschenkel längs verschiebbar angeordnet ist, und an diesem Rahmenschenkel ein Anschlag verschiebbar befestigt ist, dessen gegen das anzureissende Werkstück an der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Anlageschenkel anlegbare Anschlagfläche senkrecht auf der die Winkelhalbierende bildenden Längskante des Mittelschenkels steht, sowie die beiden Rahmenschenkel durch einen zumindest einen Viertelkreisbogen bildenden Schenkel miteinander verbunden sind und vorzugsweise auf dem Mittelschenkel, den Rahmenschenkeln und dem kreisbogenförmigen Schenkel Einstellskalen vorhanden sind. Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die beiden Rahmenschenkel gleich lang ausgebildet sind. Weiterhin kann es erfindungsgemäss vorteilhaft sein, wenn auf dem vlertelkreisbogenförmigen Schenkel senkrecht zu diesem ein Gradzeiger verschiebbar angeordnet ist. Mittels des Anschlages wird auf dem zum Mittelschenkel parallelen Schenkel des Winkelrahmens der Radius des anzureissenden Werkstückes eingestellt. Mit diesem derart einjustierten Anschlag wird dann der Winkelrahmen verschoben, und zwar bis er mit dem Anschlag am Werkstück anliegt. Nach dieser Einstellung zeigt der Gradzeiger genau auf den Mittelpunkt des Werkstückes, so dass dieser leicht markiert werden kann, und mit Hilfe einer auf der Gradskala auf dem Viertelkreisbogen-Schenkel und zweiter Nonien auf dem Gradanzeiger kann auf dem viertelkreisbogenförmigen Schenkel des WInkelrahmens jeder beliebige Winkel eingestellt und auf dem Werkstück angerissen werden. Zur Führung des Rahmenschenkels 9 auf dem Mittelschenkel 3 weist dieser beispielsweise an seinen beiden Enden Querstege 11 auf, die mit ihren Stegenden den Mittelschenkel seitlich umfassen und in Nuten des Mittelschenkels vorteilhafterweise in Form einer schwalbenschwanzförmigen Führung gehalten sind. Am Ende des Rahmenschenkels 9 ist ein Griffteil 11a mit einer Feststellschraube 12 vorgesehen, mit denen die Lage des gesamten Winkelrahmens auf dem Mittelschenkel 3 in der jeweils gewünschten Stellung fixiert werden kann. As can further be seen from FIG. 1, an angled frame 8 enclosing a right angle with a frame leg 9 is arranged to be longitudinally displaceable on the middle leg 3. To guide the frame leg 9 on the middle leg 3, the latter has, for example at its two ends, transverse webs 11 which laterally enclose the middle leg with their web ends and are advantageously held in grooves in the middle leg in the form of a dovetail-shaped guide. At the end of the frame leg 9, a grip part 11a is provided with a locking screw 12, with which the position of the entire angular frame on the center leg 3 can be fixed in the desired position. The free ends of the frame legs 9, 10 of the angular frame 8 are connected to one another at the ends by an arcuate leg 14, which in the example shown is a quarter-circle arc. A degree pointer 16 is displaceably arranged on the arcuate leg 14 by means of a guide part 17. With a locking screw 18, the degree pointer can be fixed in any position on the arcuate leg 14. For easier handling of the guide part 17 there is a handle 19 on the outside thereof, preferably made of plastic. A stop body 21 is slidably arranged on the frame leg 9 of the angle frame 8 parallel to the center leg 3. This stop body 21 consists of a guide part 22 and a stop section 23 perpendicular to the guide part, which is displaced such that the body 38 to be torn is enclosed between this stop and the two contact legs 1 and 2. The stop section 23 is advantageously detachably attached to the guide part 22. The guide part 22 is guided on the frame leg 9 in the same longitudinal guide grooves. By means of a locking screw 24, the stop body 21 can be fixed in any position on the frame leg 9 of the angular frame. Wie sich weiterhin aus Fig. 1 ergibt, weist der erfindungsgemässe Zentrier- und Teilungswinkel ebenfalls eine Parallelleiste 26 auf. Diese Parallelleiste ist einendig mittels eines Führungsteils 27 auf dem Anlageschenkel 2 verschiebbar angeordnet. Die Führung des Führungsteils 27 auf dem Anlageschenkel 2 erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise mittels T-förmig ausgebildeter Führungsnuten, in die am Führungsteil 27 ausgebildete Ansätze eingreifen. Mittels einer Feststellschraube 28 kann das Führungsteil 27 auf dem Anlageschenkel 2 fixiert werden. Durch Verschiebung des Führungsteils erfolgt eine Parallelverschiebung der Parallelleiste 26 zum Mittelschenkel 3. Wie sich aus dem dargestellten Beispiel ergibt, ist der Anlageschenkel 2, der zur Führung der Parallelleiste 26 dient, zweckmässigerweise länger ausgebildet als der Anlageschenkel 1. Am Führungsteil ist ein Griff 29 angeformt, vorteilhafterweise aus Kunststoff, mit dem eine leichtere Handhabung des Führungsteils erreicht wird. Wie sich weiterhin aus Fig. 1 ergibt, weisen die einzelnen Teile des erfindungsgemässen Zentrier- und Teilungswinkels unterschiedliche Skalen auf. Auf dem Mittelschenkel ist eine durchgehende Skala 31 vorgesehen, diese Skala 31 weist eine Millimetereinteilung auf. Die beiden Rahmenschenkel 9, 10 besitzen ebenfalls Skalen 32, 33, die zweckmässigerweise eine Millimetereinteilung besitzen. Dabei sind die Skalen 32, 33 derart auf den Rahmenschenkein angeordnet, dass die Längskante 4 des Mittelschenkels mit dem Skalenanfang der Skala 32 zusammenfällt und die Innenkante 34 des Rahmenschenkels 10 mitdem Skalenanfang der Skala 33. Auf der Parallelleiste 26 ist vorzugsweise ebenfalls eine Skala 35 vorgesehen, die eine Millimeteraufteilung besitzt. Damit die Parallelverschiebung der Parallelleiste 26 zum Mittelschenkel 3 exakt auf dem Anlageschenkel 2 abgelesen bzw. eingestellt werden kann, weist auch der Anlageschenkel 2 eine Skala auf. Wenn das Führungsteil 27 auf der Skala um 10 mm verschoben wird, legt das Führungsteil 27 auf dem Anlageschenkel 2 tatsächlich eine Strecke von 14,14 mm zurück, wobei sich aber der Abstand zwischen dem Mittelschenkel 3 und der Parallelleiste 26 nur um 10 mm ändert.As can further be seen from FIG. 1, the centering and dividing angle according to the invention also has a parallel bar 26. A continuous scale 31 is provided on the middle leg, this scale 31 has a millimeter graduation. The two frame legs 9, 10 also have scales 32, 33, which expediently have a millimeter graduation. The scales 32, 33 are not arranged on the frame legs in such a way that the longitudinal edge 4 of the middle leg coincides with the start of the scale 32 and the inner edge 34 of the frame leg 10 coincides with the start of the scale 33. A scale 35 is preferably also provided on the parallel bar 26 , which has a millimeter division. So that the parallel displacement of the parallel bar 26 to the middle leg 3 can be read or set exactly on the contact leg 2, the contact leg 2 also has a scale. If the guide part 27 is shifted on the scale by 10 mm, the guide part 27 actually travels a distance of 14.14 mm on the contact leg 2, but the distance between the middle leg 3 and the parallel bar 26 changes only by 10 mm.

Die Funktionsweise des in Fig. 1 dargestellten erfindungsgemässen Zentrier- und Teilungswinkels ist nun wie folgt: Zuerst wird der Radius eines zu bearbeitenden Werkstückes 38, das gestrichelt eingezeichnet ist, mit dem Anschlagkörper 21 auf der Skala 33 des Rahmenschenkels 9 eingestellt, und mittels der Feststellschraube 24 wird der Anschlagkörper 21 rüttelfest geklemmt. Danach wird der gesamte Winkelrahmen 8 mit dem Anschlagkörper 21 bis zum Anschlag seines Anschlagabschnittes 23 an das Werkstück verschoben und mit der Feststellschraube 12 ebenfalls rüttelfest fixiert. Damit ist der erfindungsgemässe Zentrier-und Teilungswinkel ebenfalls an dem anzureissenden Werkstück 38 festgelegt und schliesst dieses ein, er kann jedoch leicht um 360° und mehr um das Werkstück gedreht werden. Durch die vorgenommene Justierung ist der Gradzeiger 16 nun ausgerichtet und zeigt genau auf den Mittelpunkt des Werkstückes 38, der damit leicht angerissen werden kann. Mit Hilfe der Gradeinteilung der Skala auf dem bogenförmigen Schenkel 14 kann jeder beliebige Winkel eingestellt und mit einer Reissnadel auf dem Werkstück angerissen werden. Da die Kante 34 des Rahmenschenkels 10 die zweite Mittellinie zum Werkstück im Winkel von 90° zur Längskante 4 bildet, kann durch Drehen des gesamten Winkels der jeweils mit dem Gradzeiger eingestellte Winkel beliebig oft addiert werden und somit jede beliebige Teilung und jedes beliebige Vieleck auf dem Werkstück angerissen werden. Die Parallelleiste 26 dient zum Anreissen von Quadraten oder Rechtecken oder zum Verbinden der Schnittpunkte von Vielecken, seien sie regelmässig oder unregelmässig oder aber zum Anreissen von Sehnen, Sekanten und Tangenten od.dgl. Dabei wird das gebrauchte Abstandsmass zwischen Parallelleiste und Mittelschenkel auf der Skala des Anlageschenkels 2 mit dem Führungsteil 27 eingestellt. Dabei kann mittels eines Verstellrädchens 44 der Abstand über den Stift 43 zwischen den beiden Teilen 41, 42 eingestellt werden. Mittels Feststellschrauben 45, 46 können beide Teile fixiert werden. Ein weiterer Unterschied besteht in der Ausgestaltung der Parallelleiste 50. Diese besteht im dargestellten Beispiel aus zwei an einem Führungsteil 51 parallel zueinander ausgebildeten Skalenträgern 52. Die Skalenträger 52 sind an ihren freien Enden über einen Steg 54 aus Stabilitätsgründen verbunden. Diese Ausführungsform hat den Vorteil, dass durch den festen Abstand der beiden Skalenträger 52 gleichzeitig mehrere parallele Linien angerissen werden können. Der wesentliche Unterschied zu der Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 1 besteht in der unterschiedlichen Führung der Parallelleiste 60. Diese Parallelleiste 60 Ist an einer zu ihr senkrecht verlaufenden Leiste 61 verschiebbar befestigt, die auf dem zum Mittelschenkel 3 senkrechten Rahmenschenkel 10 des Winkel rahmens 8 verschiebbar geführt ist. Hierzu weist der Rahmenschenkel 10 ein an ihm befestigtes Führungsteil 62 auf, in dem die senkrechte Leiste 61 in Nuten schwalbenschwanzförmig geführt ist. Zweckmässigerweise weist die senkrechte Leiste 61 eine Skala auf, so dass eine leichte Einstellung des Abstandes zum Mittelschenkel 3 möglich ist. Claims (10)

1.
