Abstract

Настоящее техническое решение, в общем, относится к области обработки данных для осуществления транзакций по внесению денежных средств (ДС) при взаимодействии пользователей с устройствами самообслуживания (УС), а в частности к способам осуществления транзакций по внесению ДС при возникновении различных сбоев в канале УС при обмене данными с сервером обработки транзакций. Техническим результатом является расширение функционала УС за счет реализации механизма автоматизированной обработки транзакционных запросов при возникновении проблем в канале УС при обмене данными с сервером обработки транзакций. В предпочтительном варианте осуществления заявленного решения представлен способ автоматического зачисления внесённых денежных средств (ДС) при возникновении сбоев, включающий в себя этапы, на которых получают в канале устройства самообслуживания (УС) пользовательский запрос на выполнение транзакции по приёму (ДС), содержащий параметры транзакции; направляют предварительный транзакционный запрос на удаленный сервер для проверки параметров транзакции; получают ответ от сервера и сохраняют его в УС; инициируют прием УС ДС согласно параметрам транзакции; фиксируют в ходе приема данные принимаемых ДС; фиксируют с помощью УС возникновение сбоя отправки данных для выполнения транзакции, передают данные на удаленный сервер и сохраняют параметры транзакции; автоматически инициируют опрос удаленного сервера УС и при получении отклика от удаленного сервера передают упомянутые сохраненные параметры транзакции на упомянутый сервер для ее выполнения.This technical solution, in general, relates to the field of data processing for the implementation of transactions for the introduction of funds (DS) in the interaction of users with self-service devices (CS), and in particular to methods of performing transactions on entering DS in the event of various failures in the CSS channel when data exchange with the transaction processing server. In a preferred embodiment of the claimed solution, a method for automatically crediting deposited funds (DS) in the event of failures is presented, including the steps in which a user request to perform a receive transaction (DS) containing the parameters of the transaction is received on the self-service device (CS) channel; send a preliminary transactional request to a remote server to check the parameters of the transaction; receive a response from the server and save it to the CSS; initiate reception DS DS according to the parameters of the transaction; fix in the course of receiving the data received DS; they fix with the help of the CSS the occurrence of the data sending failure to complete the transaction, transfer the data to the remote server and save the transaction parameters; automatically initiate polling of the remote server, and when receiving a response from the remote server, the above mentioned saved transaction parameters are transmitted to the said server for its execution.
