Abstract
Описаны способ и устройство для удаления двуокиси углерода из топочного газа. Способ включает приведение топочного газа в контакт с раствором, содержащим аммоний, для образования раствора бикарбоната аммония и приведение раствора бикарбоната аммония в контакт с источником сульфата для образования карбонатного соединения и раствора сульфата аммония. Устройство содержит зону газожидкостного поглощения, выполненную с возможностью приведения топочного газа в контакт с раствором, содержащим аммоний, для образования раствора бикарбоната аммония; зону газожидкостного поглощения, имеющую соответствующие впускные отверстия для впуска топочного газа и раствора, содержащего аммоний, в зону газожидкостного поглощения и выпускное отверстие для выпуска раствора бикарбоната аммония. Устройство также содержит реактор, выполненный с возможностью приведения раствора бикарбоната аммония в контакт с источником сульфата для образования карбонатного соединения и раствора сульфата аммония; при этом реактор имеет соответствующие впускные отверстия для впуска раствора бикарбоната аммония и источника сульфата в реактор и выпускное отверстие для выпуска карбонатного соединения и раствора сульфата аммония. Способ и устройство могут быть предназначены для производства удобрения из топочного газа путем использования раствора сульфата аммония в процессе производства продукта удобрения.
