Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к машиностроению, в частности к системам для отключения подачи жидкости при обнаружении протечки, а также к способу отключения подачи жидкости. Предлагаемые система и способ обладают существенными преимуществами при использовании в водопроводных и отопительных сетях жилых, общественных, производственных зданий, а также в трубопроводах для транспортирования жидкости. Предлагаемая система для отключения подачи жидкости содержит по меньшей мере один перекрывающий клапан, по меньшей мере один управляющий блок, по меньшей мере один обнаружительный блок и по меньшей мере один извещательный блок. Все блоки системы связаны посредством информирующих радиосигналов, управляющий блок выполнен с возможностью подачи управляющего сигнала на перекрывающий блок для его закрытия. Питание всех элементов системы обеспечено автономными источниками электропитания. Перекрывающий клапан выполнен с возможностью автоматического закрытия при обнаружении протечки обнаружительным блоком. При открытии перекрывающего клапана происходит аккумуляция энергии, достаточной для последующего закрытия клапана. Система для отключения подачи жидкости предназначена для многократного использования и не требует замены каких-либо элементов после срабатывания.The present invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular, to systems for shutting off a liquid supply upon detection of a leak, as well as to a method for shutting off a liquid supply. The proposed system and method have significant advantages when used in water supply and heating networks of residential, public, industrial buildings, as well as in pipelines for transporting liquid. The proposed system for shutting off the supply of fluid contains at least one shut-off valve, at least one control unit, at least one detection unit, and at least one warning unit. All units of the system are connected by means of informing radio signals, the control unit is configured to supply a control signal to the overlapping unit to close it. Power supply of all elements of the system is provided by autonomous power sources. The shut-off valve is configured to automatically close when a leak is detected by the detection unit. When opening the valve, energy is accumulated, which is sufficient for the subsequent closing of the valve. The system for shutting off the fluid supply is designed for repeated use and does not require the replacement of any elements after operation.
