Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к новым соединениям, в частности новым производным пиридинона формулы (I)включая любую их стереохимически изомерную форму, или их фармацевтически приемлемую соль, или их сольват, где все радикалы определены в заявке и формуле изобретения. Соединения по изобретению являются положительными аллостерическими модуляторами метаботропных глутаматных рецепторов подтипа 2 ("mGluR2"), которые полезны для лечения или предупреждения неврологических и психиатрических расстройств, связанных с глутаматной дисфункцией, и заболеваний, в которые вовлечен mGluR2 подтип метаботропных рецепторов. В частности, такие заболевания представляют собой расстройства центральной нервной системы, выбранные из группы, состоящей из тревоги, шизофрении, мигрени, депрессии и эпилепсии.
