1. Vorrichtung zum Verdampfen von insbesondere flüssigen Stoffen oder zum Aufbereiten bzw. Analysieren von Probenmaterial, mit mehreren Behältern (6),
  • - einem durch Mikrowellen wirksamen Heizgerät (2),
  • - einem Halter (4) im Heizraum (3) des Heizgeräts (2) für die Behälter (6),
wobei die Behälter (6) mit einer gemeinsamen Leitung (63) verbunden sind, die sich mittels in einer gemeinsamen Anschlußplatte (37) vorgeseheffen Kanalabschnitten (38b) zu den Behältern hin (6) verzweigt,
