Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verbinder für die stumpf gegeneinander stoßenden Enden von Treibriemen aus hochkant gestellten, dicht nebeneinander angeordneten Lederstreifen.
Das Neue besteht darin, daß in den Platten in Richtung der Lederstreifen gestellte Langlöcher vorgesehen sind, die sich nach derRiemenoberfläehe hin erweitern, zum Zweck, Niete mit flachem Schaft und schneidenartig zugeschärften Enden in die Fugen zwischen die Lederstreifen einzuführen. Ferner besteht die Erfindung darin, daß eine an sich bekannte Schlitzung des Nietschäftes diesen auf seiner Breitseite in zwei Schenkel zerlegt, deren Schneiden nach entgegengesetzten Richtungen in bezug auf die Breitseite des Schaftes weisen.The invention relates to a connector for the butt-abutting ends of drive belts made of leather strips placed on edge and arranged close together.
