Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Prüfung von Veränderungen des Zustands menschlicher, tierischer oder pflanzlicher Gewebe einschließlich der Haut und der Haare mit Hilfe der Messung der ultraschwachen Photonenemission.The invention relates to a method for testing Changes in the state of human, animal or vegetable tissues including skin and hair with the help of the measurement of the ultra weak photon emission.
Eine ähnliche Erfindung wurde bereits mit den Patenten Nr. 28 44 217 (Deutsches Patentamt) und DE 39 39 411 A1 (G 01 N 33/48) angemeldet. Insofern sei auf diese Erfindungen Bezug genommen (s. Anhang). Neu an dieser Anmeldung ist die spezielle Anwendung der Methode für Gewebe (z. B. Haut und Haare). Zwar kann man Gewebe einschließlich der menschlichen Haut und der Haare als "biologische Systeme" bzw. "Zellen" einordnen. Bei dieser Zuordnung ergibt sich allgemein zwar keine Neuheit gegenüber den oben angegeben Patenten. Bedenkt man aber, daß, wie sich erst jetzt erwies, diese Methode besonders aussagekräftige und gegenüber den geläufigen Verfahren vorteilhafte Aussagen über Veränderungen des Zustands der Gewebe zuläßt, so liegt in diesem überraschenden Befund doch auch der Anspruch auf Neuheit. Diese neuen Erkenntnisse wurden teilweise durch technische Verbesserungen möglich, die in einer Gebrauchsmusteranmeldung beschrieben werden, und teilweise durch den überraschenden Befund, daß sich auch dann noch Änderungen in der Behandlung des Gewebes (oder des Probanden) nachweisen lassen, wenn die üblichen Methoden (biochemische Analytik, Haaranalysen) versagen.A similar invention has already been made with Patent No. 28 44 217 (German Patent Office) and DE 39 39 411 A1 (G 01 N 33/48) registered. Die Methode bietet demnach gegenüber den anderen Methoden der Vorteil, schnell und sicher zu erkennen, ob sich am Zustand des Probanden (seiner Haut oder/und seiner Haare) etwas ändert, wenn er nach bestimmten Methoden behandelt wurde. Tritt keine Änderung der Meßwerte ein, so kann man mit guter Berechtigung davon ausgehen, daß auch die Behandlung keine signifikante Änderung seines Zustands ergeben hat. Umgekehrt müssen aus Änderungen der Meßwerte auch Veränderungen des Zustands des Probanden geschlossen werden. Das zeitliche Verhalten dieser Veränderungen bietet eine neue, schnelle und sichere, nichtinvasive Methode zur Prüfung der Veränderung des Gewebes von Probanden und rückschließend auch zur Prüfung ihres Zustandes.The idea of the invention is to transfer the results Cells and biological systems on all people and whose hair. Die Photonenintensitäten der Stelle des linken inneren Unterarms nach der Anregung mit dem Sonnensimulator (2a) und die der mit der Creme behandelten entsprechenden Stelle des rechten Unterarms (2b) wurden über 50 Sekunden aufaddiert und verglichen.
