Denkbar ist auch, daß eine Spracherkennung vorgenommen wird, d. h. das Zeiterfassungs- System kann den Anrufenden anhand seiner Sprache identifizieren. Derartige Lösungen sind aus der Technik bereits bekannt, aber immer sehr aufwendig, so daß die Kosten des Zeiterfassungs-Systems wiederum negativ beeinflußt werden. Die Identifikations-Nummer wird vom Anrufer über den Tastaturwahl-Block des Telefons (MFV- Frequenzen) eingegeben und in der Vergleichseinrichtung im Zeiterfassungs-System auf Zulässigkeit geprüft. Diese Prüfung kann beispielsweise in Verbindung mit der Rufnummer des Telefons erfolgen. Dabei wird die Identifikations- Nummer mit allen für diese Telefonnummer gespeicherten zulässigen Identifikations-Nummern verglichen. Bei einer fehlerhaften Eingabe durch den Anrufer wird über das Sprachausgabe-Modul eine Fehlermeldung an den Anrufer abgegeben, welche einen Hinweis an den Anrufer enthält, wie weiter zu verfahren ist. Wird in der Vergleichseinrichtung die Zulässigkeit der eingegebenen Identifikations-Nummer festgestellt, so wird die Identifikations-Nummer in einem Zeitverarbeitungsmodul mit der aktuellen Zeit verknüpft.
