Also claimed is a process for the prodn. of (I), by coating the calendered pure felt (A) (pref. obtd. by the aq. process) with (B) as above on a coating system with smooth rollers and adjustable gap or with gravure cylinders, using a wire-wound doctor, and then crosslinking at 120-140 deg C in a 8-m drying tunnel to give a silicone elastomer.

Description

The invention relates to a siliconized nonwoven fabric, the both in medical technology, for example for direct Covering wounds or as part of plasters, as also in the field of restoration and conservation of Documents and in building protection should apply, and a process for producing this fleece.

Siliconized nonwovens, in particular made of synthetic fibers and their use, for example in medical technology known. It is also known that solvent free silicone systems a relatively smooth surface, aqueous or solution medium-sized systems, on the other hand, have a less smooth surface Cause fleece. For example, siliconized Nonwovens as "tack-repellent" or "-reducing" stocks parts of multi-layer dressings or plasters in DE-PS 38 44 247, DE-OS 40 26 755 and DE-OS 42 03 130. The solutions that have become known in the field of medical technology are basically characterized in that the siliconized Non-woven fabric does not lie directly on the wound, but instead the complex, multi-layered wonder dressing only as a middle or outer layer against the penetration of To protect moisture. The use of siliconized fiber fleeces for the restoration or preservation of labeled or printed paper and their use in construction are up to not known.

The invention is therefore based on the object, a high to develop pure siliconized nonwoven fabric that can be used both in medical technology as non-sticky and painless again wound dressing to be removed as well as during restoration and Preservation of documents as well as in construction, for example can be used as a barrier fleece in building protection.

The siliconized nonwoven fabric according to the invention consists of a high-purity carrier material made of plastic fibers preferably polyester or polypropylene fibers, which the Kataly effectiveness of a silicone system can, so no organic sulfur and amine contains and / or heavy metal compounds, and one one- or two-sided silicone coating. The carrier material should have a purity of at least 99.5% and, depending on the use purpose, a basis weight of 40. . . Have 60 g / m². According to the invention, a solvent is used for the coating free, addition-curing silicone system on the basis used by polysiloxanes.

. . 140°C und der Trocknungsweg ca. 8 in beträgt.The siliconized nonwoven fabric is produced according to the invention by the highly pure, preferably after Calendered polyester or aqueous processes Polypropylene nonwoven fabric on a coating machine that over a commissioned work with smooth rollers and gap adjustment or Anilox rollers, for example a multiple smoothing roller system, by means of a rotating wire knife application with the lo solvent-free silicone system on one or both sides with 5. . . 6 g / m² silicone coating weight is coated and then in a drying tunnel to a silicone elastomer cross-linked, the cross-linking temperature 120. . . 140 ° C and the drying path is approx. 8 in.
