Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a roller blind for vehicle windows according to the The preamble of claim 1, for example from DE 28 15 821 emerges as known. In the roller blind described there Leaf springs on both sides serve to hold the end bar and for pressing the same with adhesives on the Washer, which secures the blind position. The Einrol The roller blind is opened after the end bar has been lifted manually and pushing back on under a torsion or coil spring tensioned winding rod. The installation of such a Rol is going to take up a lot of space because the leaf springs are wound up The roller blind is stretched into a panel Need to become. Furthermore, the installation level must be blunt Be inclined to the window surface. The angle of inclination may not be too large, otherwise the necessary contact pressure for the adhesive has not been achieved. However, if the angle is too small, this leads to the leaf spring kinking and tilting. So the area of application of this roller blind is on sloping shit ben such as B. front and rear windows of cars limited. It but is also necessary on the winding axis build the winding of the roller blind onto the winding bar make sure and the unwound blind sheet under Vor keep tension.
The object of the invention is that of the generic type To improve the blind for vehicle windows so that the Required installation space is reduced, the area of application is enlarged and manufacturing costs are reduced.
This task is based on the generic blind for vehicle windows according to the invention by the character nenden features of claim 1 solved.
The fact that the side coil springs with their non-dec eccentrically end of the end at the free end strip of the blind are consolidated, they cause a Ver in the extended position edges of the bar in the guide and thus hold the pull-out position. The rigid strip that the coil springs with the Rol Connect lobahn is ge together with the springs in guides leads. The blind is released by simply turning it on the ledge then in the guide under the tension of the spi ralfedern is withdrawn. Another pull out of the blind is done manually against the action of the spiral springs.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention can the Unteran sayings are taken. The adjustment of band strength of the Spiral springs and the thickness of the roller blind are used to ensure this an even winding of coil springs and roller blind. If the thickness of the roller blind is greater than that of the spiral springs, at least this leads to wrinkles and waves when woken up Celts roller blind. However, if it is smaller, this leads to egg ner appropriate preload the roller blind.
Im übrigen ist die Erfindung anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles nachfolgend noch erläutert; dabei zeigen:Otherwise, the invention is based on one in the drawing illustrated embodiment explained below; show:

The winding rod 3 is rotatable in the bearings 6 be fastened to the vehicle. The roller blind web 2 and the spiral springs 1 on both sides thereof are rolled up on it. At the free end of the coil spring and the roller blind 2 , a strip 4 is attached. Radial to the winding rod 3 guides are attached to the vehicle, in which the coil springs 1 and the two ends of the strip 4 are inserted. Fig. 1 shows this arrangement with the roller blind partially extended. Fig. 2 shows a section in longitudinal direction in the region of a spring 1. The coil spring 1 is partially unwound from the winding axis 3 . The unwound part runs in the guide 5 and is attached eccentrically to the bar 4 with its end. Due to the eccentric pull of the coil spring and the moment acting in the coil spring itself, the bar 4 is tilted in the guide and thus the pull-out position is fixed due to self-locking. Through a friction-increasing covering such. B. rubber or by a preferably scale-like roughening, this effect can be increased. In Fig. 3 a section through the roller blind web 2 and the reeling axle 3 is shown.
