Abstract

The electrical cable for vehicle wiring has alternate round or flat configurations. This is obtained by arranging the cable conductors in a circle and providing a longitudinal separation line (Fig. D) in the cable insulation between 2 of these conductors (Fig. A) allowing the cable to be opened out, so that the conductors lie next to one another in a common plane. Claims (6)

1. Kabel mit einem kreisförmigen oder wenigstens annähernd kreisförmigen Querschnitt, in welchem sich mehrere vorzugsweise auf einem Teilkreis angeordneten und sich in Längsrichtung des Kabels erstreckende Leiter (Fig. A) zum Anschluß eines elektrischen Verbrauchers mit Hilfe eines Steckers befinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich in der Isolierung (Fig. B) eine in Längsrichtung des Kabels und zwischen zwei benachbarten Leitern liegende Sollbruchlinie (Fig. D) in Form einer Wanddickenverminderung (Fig. E) aufweist.
Die Anzahl der Leiter ist drei oder mehr.
