Abstract

The invention relates to a closure and identification seal, in particular for packaging where it is particularly important to demonstrate undamaged receipt and the assignment to other documents. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verschluß- und Identifika tionssiegel gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a closure and identifica tion seal according to the preamble of the claim 1.

Ein Siegel der eingangs genannten Art ist aus dem DE-GM 77 22 048 bekannt. Bei diesem bekannten Siegel ist vorge sehen, daß es außer der Kleberschicht einen Aufbau aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Schichten von unterschied licher Materialstruktur und unterschiedlichem Verfor mungsverhalten aufweist und daß mindestens eine Schicht aus einem zähen, reißfesten und plastisch verformbaren Material besteht, während die andere Schicht aus einem dieser Schicht gegenüber dehnungssteiferen Material ge bildet ist, das bei geringer Verformung bruch- und reiß empfindlich ist. Dieser besondere Aufbau hat einen rela tiv hohen Kostenaufwand sowohl beim Material an sich als auch bei der Herstellung der Siegel aus den einzelnen Materialien zur Folge. Außerdem ist das Siegel hier so ausgebildet, daß einerseits zwar jede mechanische Manipu lation sichtbar wird, daß aber andererseits das Siegel ohne Werkzeug oder chemische Lösungsmittel von einer An bringungsfläche wieder entfernt werden kann. Sofern ein weiteres, ungebrauchtes Siegel zur Verfügung steht, sind also unbemerkte Manipulationen ohne weiteres möglich.
