Abstract
Description
1) TITEL: Versandpäckchen
2) GATTUNG: Faltschachtel1) TITLE: Shipping parcel
2) GENERAL: folding box
3) STAND DER TECHNIK:
Kartons unterschiedlich in Zuschnitt und Qualität,
zumeist von Fein-Wellpappe mit unterschiedlichen
Verschlußarten,
entweder vermittelts Kordel pp.
Cartons different in cut and quality, mostly of fine corrugated cardboard with different types of closures, either mediated by cord pp. or adhesive strips of paper or plastic or adhesives of different types and qualities, all of which are procured separately from the parcel and attached separately to them by the consumer, or one or more longitudinal flaps which are cut from the box with one or more matching slots.
4) TECHNICAL CRITIC:
According to Section 5, Paragraph 6 of the letter post book within the framework of the package agreement of the Universal Postal Union "a package may be open - it only has to be packed securely". However, all previously known packages for postal delivery, if they are sent openly, do not meet these provisions. These packets are not securely packaged and their contents fall out under light loads due to weight or impact, tension or pressure.
5) AUFGABE:
To invent a parcel for postal purposes, which does not have the above-mentioned closure defects and which can be considered open without additional closure means, but is nevertheless packaged easily and quickly and securely.
6) LÖSUNG:
MATERIAL : Feinwellpappe
ART : Falt- und Aufrichteschachtel mit "4 Punkt"
geklebtem Boden
ZUSCHNITT: vergl. Skizzen
EINZELTEILE:
6 Bodenlappen, 4 Seitenteile ("Paketkörper")
Unterdeckel, bestehend aus 1 mittleren großen und 2 seitlichen
kleinen Teilen,
ausgeschnittenem "Zugzipfel" geschnitten 1 kleine Lasche
("Verriegelungs-Lasche").
MATERIAL: Fine corrugated cardboard
ART: Folding and erecting box with "4 point" glued bottom
CUT: see sketches
INDIVIDUAL PARTS:
6 bottom flaps, 4 side parts ("package body") bottom cover, consisting of 1 middle large and 2 side small parts, top cover with a large flap ("flap flap") at the front and a small slot in its upper edge with a cut-out tie bar. At the same place in the front part at the top middle of the package body, ie the front, and adjacent something from the middle part of the bottom cover from its edge with a cut out "pull tab" cut 1 small tab ("locking tab"). To the left and right of the cutout of the locking tab, a large slot is cut directly into the upper edge of the front for inserting the large lid tab. Each tab should be cut about 1/2 mm wider than the matching slot and notched on the side.
7) USE:
First the lid flap is inserted into its slot. Then the locking tab is inserted from the outside in through its slot and thus through the cover tab at its base on the upper edge of the upper cover at the front center. To open, pull the tab of the locking tab and then pull the tab of the lid tab.
8) ADVANTAGES:
The lateral locking of the large lid flap by means of the small locking flap inserted into it or through it from the outside results in absolutely secure packaging, which can nevertheless be conveyed as "open" in the sense of the tightened law. In addition, this type of closure is easy and quick to use. In addition, this shipping package can be used several times for postal use, precisely because the closure with 2 tabs, one of which is inserted into the other, is very stable.
9) EQUIPMENT:
The surface of the fine corrugated cardboard should either be gold-lacquered or gold-printed or glued with paper of the same color. The address form should be affixed to it in the middle of the upper cover in a baroque outline.
