Description
The invention relates generically to a cable routing assembly made of plastic with a plurality of cable ducts, which with the interposition of flexible Absündsstegen to a maite are united, in particular for introduction into a cable duct. - Cable duct denotes the z. B. in the area the Federal Post Office usual cable channels for telephone cables, fiber optic cables and the like., These cable channels mostly are in turn designed as plastic tubes, but also made of concrete. Ceramic or the like. Can exist. Cable duct also refers to the usual cable sheath. in the Otherwise, a cable management unit can also be laid in the ground without wekeres. Not the cable ducts, but the cable ducts take up the cables. which are threaded into the cable ducts as it were will.
The known generic cable management units (US-PS 29 16 055) consist of a plurality of yon cable ducts, all of which have the same diameter exhibit. The spacer bars do not form a uniform, extruded one with the cable ducts Aggregate. Rather, covers are placed on the underside and on the top and connected to one another. Rolling up such a cable routing unit results in a defined center of the Not curling up. The cable ducts can become uncontrolled when rolled up move, the aggregate as a whole can easily twist. Otherwise, cable routing units are known (DE-GM 76 13 404), in which the individual cable ducts are separately manufactured components that are bundled and tied in a bundle with ribbons. Cable management units are finally known (DE-GM 80 22 281). which consist of internals, which in turn are introduced into a cable duct at intervals and the cross-section of the cable duct in for example, divide three or more areas. Here the individual cables have to be threaded into these areas become what is labor-intensive.
The invention is based on the object of a generic Train cable management unit so that the cable management tubes rolled up in State of the unit are firmly united with one another and are not uncontrolled against one another move and twist.
To solve this problem, the invention teaches that a central cable guide tube and connected on both sides Cable ducts with a reduced diameter compared to the central cable duct, including the spacer bars are extruded as a unitary unit and that the spacer bars in Area of the middle cer cable ducts are connected to the wall, and that on both sides Connection with diametrically opposite connection points.
It goes without saying that the spacer bars have a bar width, measured orthogonally to the pipe axis, must have, which allows the described winding and insertion into a cable duct. For the embodiment with a central cable duct of larger diameter and two additional cable ducts has proven an embodiment that thereby is marked. that the spacer web has a web width that is approximately the R-rUtis of the central Cable guide tube with a larger diameter corresponds. In the embodiment where a plurality. z. B. 4 or 6 additional cable ducts of the same diameter are provided, you can with a Work web width that corresponds approximately to the radius of these cable ducts. In general, one becomes the Carry out spacer bars over the entire length of the pipe. If the cable routing includes a branch, the spacer bars between the cable ducts can be cut open in the area of the pipe ends become what a turnoff according to the cut or allows branching. According to an advantageous embodiment, the spacer webs metallic conductors be embedded, be it in order to carry special information about these conductors, be it. in order to carry out the usual location measures in cable ducts with the help of these metallic conductors.
The advantages achieved can be seen in the fact that at a cable routing assembly according to the invention, the cable routing tubes in the rolled up state of the unit are firmly connected to each other, so daü, uncontrolled displacements, twisting and the like. cannot occur.
