Abstract

A customary cleaning cassette was used, which first of all was given a different cleaning tape which was absolutely lint-free. This was made possible by a polyester tape. In order then to bring the cleaning liquid to the magnetic head, in the middle of this cassette an oscillating tank was arranged, which is filled via a valve and takes up cleaning liquid by the suction effect when the roll unwinds and only in this way cleans the magnetic head in a conserving way. Magnetic head cleaning cassette, characterised in that an oscillatingly suspended tank (1) with built-in suction element (felt 2) receives the cleaning liquid and thus passes it on to the magnetic head during running of the polyester tape (3) and consequently cleans the said head. By this method, a reliable and entirely conserving cleaning of the magnetic heads is ensured. <IMAGE>

Description

Beschreibung der Erfindung für Reinigungscassette für Tonköpfe.Description of the invention for cleaning cassette for tape heads.

Name of the invention: cleaning cassette with liquid cleaning agent Previous state of the art: To remove the deposits from the tape on the tape heads remove, so-called cleaning cassettes are used. Have these tapes a textile tape instead of magnetic tape. This cleaning cartridge will be in the u -cleaning Device placed and switched on. The cleaning is done in such a way that by passing by cleaning of the tape head takes place. This purification happens trocder and is imperfect. Since the debris in the sound head is primarily out This Reirviganrsmethode consists of small particles of the nonbard and sits very firmly on the clay head not optimal. So you use an additional cleaning method in such a way that you can use a liquid cleaning agent with a cotton swab or cloth nmitt and with liquid cleans the tape head. To achieve a better cleaning effect To achieve this, different types of fabric tapes are used. However, none of this worked to the hoped-for and desired success. In summary it can be said, that today's method of cleaning the tape heads is imperfect and unsatisfactory.

Der Erfindung liegt folgende Auf gabe zugrunde: ( Aufgabendarstellung) In der Datentechnik bedient man sich unter anderem auch der Tonbandcassette, es handelt sich hierbei um sogenannte Digitalcassetten der Bezeichnung DIN 66211/212 ( ECMA DA ) des weiteren zur Steuerung von Werkzeugmaschinen, Papierschneidemaschinen u.s.w.The invention is based on the following task: (task representation) In data technology, one uses, among other things, the tape cassette, es These are so-called digital cassettes with the designation DIN 66211/212 (ECMA DA) also for the control of machine tools, paper cutting machines etc.

When storing data, it also comes back to clean tape heads on, dsrrdt the tape can be recorded and played without disturbances and errors. However, this is only possible if the heads are in perfect condition, i.e. free from deposits be. The same applies to playback with music cassettes. Especially in the last one Zeit had great success in the field of music reproduction. To this high quality To maintain it consistently, the tape heads need to be clean again. Also here leads the contamination on the tape heads, which degrades the quality of the sound reproduction. In all cases it is important to clean the tape heads gently because they are but are very sensitive.

The problems were solved as follows: It became an ordinary cleaning cartridge used which was initially given another cleaning tape in such a way that that was absolutely lint-free. This was made possible by a polyester strap. To the Now, to bring cleaning fluid to the tape head, this cassette was in the In the middle there is a pendulous tank that is filled up via a valve and contains cleaning fluid absorbs when the wrap is running through the suction effect and only in this way is gentle on the tape head cleans.
