Fertigungslinie (1), insbesondere zur Fahrzeugfertigung, mit einer Mehrzahl von im wesentlichen entlang einer Montageabfolgerichtung (2) angeordneten Bear­ beitungsstationen (3), wobei über eine Versorgungseinrichtung (4) zumindest ei­ ne Energieversorgung der Bearbeitungsstation und ein Datenaustausch zwi­ schen Bearbeitungsstation (3) und zumindest einer zentralen Steuereinrichtung (5) ermöglicht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Identifikationseinrichtung (7) für das zu bearbeitende Objekt (8) an ei­ ner Stelle (10) entlang der Montageabfolgerichtung (2) angeordnet und eine Be­ rechnungs- und Zuordnungseinrichtung (9) zur Positionsbestimmung jedes Bear­ beitungsobjekts (8) und zur eindeutigen Zuordnung von Daten der Bearbeitungs­ station (3) zum Bearbeitungsobjekt vorgesehen ist.1.
