Auch hat sich gezeigt, dass auf den einen hohen Energieeinsatz erfordernden Luftförderern selbst wiederum Störungen entstehen, die den Wirkungsgrad der Abfüllanlage senken. Außerdem sind die im Bereich der Spülmaschine und der Füllmaschine auftretenden Störungen nicht immer innerhalb der von den Luftförderern zu Verfügung gestellten Pufferzeit zu beheben, so dass trotz dieser aufwendigen Bauweise ein fallweises Stillsetzen der Blasmaschine nicht zu umgehen ist.In the known devices of this type Bottles disorganized and using relatively long air conveyors with mutual contact from the blowing machine to the Dishwasher (rinser) transported. Hierdurch wird - im Gegensatz zu einem Luftförderer - ein teilungsgerechter, d. h. ein mit definierten Flaschenabständen ablaufender, sowie formschlüssiger und daher störungsfreier Transport der Flaschen 1 ermöglicht, wenn im normalen Abfüllbetrieb die Streckblasmaschine 2 und die Spülmaschine 3 exakt synchron angetrieben sind. Hierzu müssen selbstverständlich auch die Transportsterne 6, 7, 8 untereinander und zu den beiden Maschinen exakt synchron laufen. Hierzu können die Transportsterne 6, 7, 8 ganz oder teilweise mit dem Antriebsmotor 15 der Streckblasmaschine 2 oder mit dem Antriebsmotor 16 der Spülmaschine 3 oder mit eigenen Antriebsmotoren in Verbindung stehen. Aufgrund der relativ kurzen Transportstrecke im Bereich der drei Transportsterne 6, 7, 8 ist die Gefahr des Eindringens von Keimen aus der Umgebungsluft relativ gering. Andererseits wird in Verbindung mit dem Auslaufstern 9 und dem Auslaufstern 10 ausreichend Zeit für ein Abkühlen und Verfestigen der Flaschen 1 geschaffen, so dass diese während der Behandlung in der Spülmaschine 3 nicht beschädigt werden können.
