The invention relates to a control device and monitoring of product and goods flows with the Features of the preamble of claim 1.
Thefts in shops, warehouses, workshops and The like pose a great economic problem Using a variety of methods, traders try to Forwarders or manufacturers of this problem sir become. So video cameras are used to monitor Rooms and buildings. Partially randomly searched pockets. Numerous Department store detectives watch the customers. All of this is personnel-intensive and causes high costs, whereby the Number of thefts can hardly be contained.
Devices for monitoring and control are also known Monitoring product and goods flows, in particular to prevent unauthorized removal of products or goods from buildings, shops or the like, the products or the goods are labeled and means are available towards labeling react. For example, items of clothing with Dipoles provided when an electrical pass Field trigger an alarm. When goods are paid reversed or removed the dipoles to unipolar, so that the goods were then passed through the field undisturbed can be. Also prevent such devices Thefts are not satisfactory. Moreover it would be too expensive to have a large number of small goods to mark like this.
Sensoren das Artikelgewicht der Waren erfassen.DE 35 24 231 C2 describes a device for detecting and handling of Purchase selected items known with different identification codes are provided, u. a. Sensors record the item weight of the goods.
The object of the present invention is therefore a Device for checking and monitoring product and goods flows, especially for prevention unauthorized removal of products or goods Buildings, shops or the like, the Products or the goods are labeled and means are available to respond to the labeling create with the products and goods of all kinds easily can be detected, which allows the To minimize staffing as much as possible and one offers increased protection against theft.
This task is carried out in the characteristic part of the Features mentioned claim 1 solved. Training and advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the further claims.
According to the invention is a device for checking and Monitoring product and goods flows, in particular to prevent unauthorized removal of products or goods from buildings, shops or the like, the products or the goods are labeled and means are available towards labeling react, characterized in that the Labeling is an indication of weight that the means one or more react to the weight Scales are, and that control and monitoring by comparing the target and actual weight. The scale is in a lock area with a completely lockable lock chamber arranged, being the weight of in the lock chamber existing weighing units from the existing ones Products, goods and / or people and their items carried in comparison with the Dead weight of the lock chamber is determined. To The weight of a weighing unit is determined by the Way out of the lock chamber into a shop, a warehouse, released a production hall or the like. The weighing unit comes with a weight identifier provided, the weighing unit to a later Time is compared with the weight identifier. The weight identifier of the weighing unit is preferably after their way out of the lock by addition or Subtraction of real weight of the weighing unit changeable, the weight identifier on a Magnetic stripe or chip card is stored. The Weighing unit is before leaving the store, warehouse or the production facility in a lock chamber from weighed on a balance, with one Mismatch between target and actual weight none Opening the lock chamber to the outside takes place and being the target weight, the weight identifier and the actual weight is the real weight of the weighing unit.
Dabei zeigen:In the following the invention based on Exemplary embodiments and drawings described in more detail. Show:
Fig. 1 eine schematische Darstellung einer Anordnung der Vorrichtung in einem Laden; Figure 1 is a schematic representation of an arrangement of the device in a shop.
Fig. 2 ein Flußdiagramm eines Einkaufsablaufs; Fig. 2 is a flow diagram of a purchasing process;
Fig. 3 eine Wareneingangsschleuse. Fig. 3 shows an incoming goods lock.
As will be apparent from the Figs. 1 and 2, a loading from a sales area 1, which is closed to the outside by a series of input and output locks 2 locks 2 '. In the sales room 1 there are goods shelves 3 and terminals 4 in the usual way. A storage room 5 is also separated from the sales room 1 by locks 6 , 6 '. A shopping process begins with the opening of a lock 2 and the entry of a person into the lock chamber. The outer lock door 21 closes, the inner lock door 22 is still closed. By weighing the occupied lock chamber, the weight of the person inside (= customer) including all objects carried and / or other people, such as children (= weighing unit), is determined by subtracting the own weight of the lock chamber. These items also include shopping carts or shopping baskets taken from the outside. Any attempts to manipulate the measurement, for example by attaching objects to the walls, fail because the entire chamber is weighed. The customer now takes a magnetic stripe card dispenser 7 from a magnetic stripe card on which the exact weight of the weighing unit has been stored. The inner lock door 22 then opens and the customer enters the sales area 1 in order to approach the goods. For all goods, the respective weight is stored under their barcode, which should be recorded as precisely as possible. The weights are stored in a database. The customer places the desired goods in his shopping cart or shopping basket. Fresh goods are handed over to him in packaged form, a note with a barcode is attached and the weight of the pack is automatically read into the above-mentioned database under this barcode. When the customer has finished shopping, he turns to a terminal where the barcodes of the goods are scanned. This can be done by a cashier, or else by the customer himself, since manipulation by the device according to the invention is largely ruled out. When scanning, the price is determined and the weight of the individual goods is checked for correctness. If incorrect weights are recorded, the shop staff takes action and checks the process. The total weight of the goods is added to the input weight of the weighing unit and saved on the magnetic stripe card. The payment process follows, which is preferably carried out without cash. The customer now opens an inner lock door 22 and enters a lock chamber 2 , the outer door 21 of which is closed. The inner door 22 closes and the customer inserts his magnetic stripe card into a magnetic stripe card reader 7 '. It is checked whether the target weight (= weight of the weighing unit defined above + weight of the goods billed) matches the actual weight of the person now in the lock with the items they are carrying and / or other people. If this is the case, the magnetic stripe card is drawn in, the outer lock door 21 opens and the customer leaves the shop. If this is not the case, the inner lock door opens and offers the customer the opportunity to return to the terminal with the magnetic stripe card and the goods returned to him and to check whether a product has not been overlooked. In the event of a second unsuccessful attempt in the lock chamber, the staff takes action and advises the customer, or holds the customer in the event of an attempted theft until the police arrive. The locks 6 , 6 'between the sales room and the warehouse operate on the same principle and prevent theft or manipulation by our own personnel. In whatever arrangement the sales room 1 may be, for example in a supermarket, a department store or even in a market hall, it must always be ensured that customers are checked when entering and leaving the sales room and that they carry magnetic stripe cards with which changes are indicated the weight of the original weighing unit. In any case, it must only be possible to leave the sales area after billing and weight checking.
Fig. 3 shows schematically a goods receipt area which is equipped with an inventive device and which may be connected for example to the above-described sales room. The goods to be delivered are initially on pallets (the same also applies to boxes or other containers), which are transported by means of a vehicle 1 . The pallets are provided with barcodes that indicate the exact weight of the load. These barcodes are applied to the pallets by the respective supplier at the exit and the pallets are then sealed to prevent manipulation. The deliverer loads the pallets onto the loading ramp 2 , on which an incoming goods lock 3 is arranged. Next to the lock 3 there is a terminal 4 , at which the deliverer logs on, with data about the delivery being read during the logon, which a computer can compare with the order, for example. The outer lock gate 3 'then opens and the pallets are moved individually into the lock 3 , the respective bar code being read by means of a scanner 5 . The deliverer then leaves the lock with his means of transport and the outer lock gate 3 'closes. A weighing process of the entire lock chamber follows, similar to that described above, in which the exact weight of the goods set is determined and compared with the value stored in the barcode. If the value is correct, the goods are transported through an opening rear lock gate 3 ″ by means of a conveyor belt 6 , which is extended into the lock 3 , into a storage room 7 , where it is then removed automatically or by hand. The storage room 7 is in turn connected to a sales room by a lock system of the type described above. The goods checked in this way are acknowledged for the deliverer. However, if the target and actual values of the goods do not match, the outer lock door opens again and the deliverer takes back the pallet without confirmation.
In addition to the examples described, there are many more Possibilities available, the invention Use device, so for example in Assembly or picking area or even at open markets, provided these are through lock systems are lockable. Locks can also be in succession between different areas, like sales rooms, Restaurants, washrooms and the like switched his.
