Hair conditioner contains (a) non-ionic emulsifier(s), (b) 6-30 carbon (C) monoalcohol(s), (c-1) water-insoluble silicone(s) and/or (c-2) fatty acid ester(s), fatty alcohol ether(s) or fatty alcohol ester(s) and (d) 0.01-3 wt.% cationic polymer(s).
