Abstract
Description
- 1. Höhenverstellbare Böcke üblicher Bauart weisen keine angebrachten Meßeinrichtungen auf. Eine Ausrichtung des Werkstückes ist nur durch Verwendung zusätzlicher Meßwerkzeuge möglich. Außerdem ist die Ausrichtung zumeist sehr umständlich. Zum genauen Ausrichten kann man nicht einfach einen üblichen höhenverstellbaren Bock benutzen und an diesem z. B. eine Wasserwaage anbringen, da zum Ausrichten die Auflage mit angebrachter Meßvorrichtung drehbar aufgehängt sein muß.1. - 2.1 Dieses Problem wird mit den im Schutzanspruch 1 und 2 aufgeführten Merkmalen gelöst.
- 2.2 Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, daß das waagerechte Ausrichten auf verschiedene Arbeitshöhen
schnell und einfach möglich ist. Es sind keine weiteren Hilfsmittel erforderlich.
Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert. - 2.3 In den Zeichnungen ist die Justierhilfe als Dreibein mit Führungsrohr, mit Handrad und Gewindespindel zur Höhenverstellung, sowie der in einem Drehpunkt gelagerten Justierbockauflage dargestellt.
- 2.4 Die Justierbockauflage besteht aus einem Rahmen, in dem zwei handelsübliche Metallrollen seitlich mit Maschinenschrauben parallel zueinanderbefestigt sind. Die Justierhilfe (Wasserwaage) ist seitlich am Rahmen parallel zu den beiden Rollen starr angebracht. Die Justierbockauflage ist an der Spindel 10°-15° pendelbar befestigt. Durch auflegen des Werkstückes auf die Justierhilfe und auf den Maschinentisch kann an der Meßeinrichtung die Lage des Werkstückes abgelesen werden. Bei nicht waagerechter Ausrichtung des Werkstückes erfolgt diese durch Absenken bzw. Anheben der Justierbockauflage mittels Höhenverstellung durch drehen des Handrades.
