Claims (10)

1. Einkratzbare oder druckempfindliche Beschichtung von Produkten, zum Zwecke der Kennzeichnung des Produktes oder der Hinterlassung einer Information in der Beschichtung vorzugsweise durch den Konsumenten des Produktes, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß
  • a) eine auf dem Produkt aufgebrachte einkratzbare Beschichtung (2) mit Hilfe von Gegenständen (3) wie z. B. Geldstück, Schlüssel, Messer oder Fingernagel teilweise oder ganz zerstört oder eingedrückt wird und die darunterliegende Farbschicht (4) sichtbar wird. Die einkratzbare Beschichtung gibt vorzugsweise dem Konsumenten des Produktes die Möglichkeit, eine eigene Information in Form von Zeichen, Symbolen oder Bildern, als zusätzliche Kennzeichnung auch ohne Hilfsmittel wie spezielle Zeichengeräte auf dem Produkt unterzubringen. Die einkratzbare Beschichtung besteht z. B. aus einer eingefärbten Wachsschicht oder anderen leicht einkratzbaren Kunststoffen.
  • b) eine auf dem Produkt aufgebrachte druckempfindliche Beschichtung (5) mit Hilfe von Gegenständen wie z. B. Geldstück, Schlüssel, Messer oder Fingernagel zum Farbumschlag (6) gebracht wird.
    Die druckempfindliche Beschichtung gibt vorzugsweise dem Konsumenten des Produktes die Möglichkeit, eine eigene Information in Form von Zeichen, Symbolen oder Bildern, als zusätzliche Kennzeichnung auch ohne Hilfsmittel wie spezielle Zeichengeräte auf dem Produkt unterzubringen.
    Die druckempfindliche Beschichtung besteht z. B. aus in ein Bindemittel oder Lack eingebetteten Microkapseln, die mit Tinte oder einer Reaktionstinte gefüllt sind. Durch Einwirkung von Druck werden die Microkapseln zerstört und die Tinte oder Reaktionstinte färbt Bindemittel, Lack, das Substrat oder benachbarte einfärbbare Materialien.
