Claims (23)
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in wenigstens einem Bereich der Kavität einer geöffneten Spritzgießform (4) ein vorgeformtes oder ein in sich noch nicht formstabiles, konturiertes Teil (2) arretiert wird und in dessen rückseitigen Bereich, bei noch nicht in Endschließstellung be findlicher Spritzgießform, plastifizierter Kunststoff (3) ein gebracht wird,
daß dann dieser plastifizierte Kunststoff (3), in der Phase bis zum Erreichen der Endschließstellung der Spritzgießform (4), den, zwischen vorgeformtem oder in sich noch nicht formstabilen kon turiertem Teil (2) und Kavität, verbliebenen Hohlraum (6) wenigstens eines Bereiches ausfüllt;
- - und daß dann, nach der vorherigen Freigabe wenigstens eines weiteren Bereiches der Kavität (7) der Spritzgießform (4) und dem Einbringen von plastifiziertem Kunststoff (3) in diesen Bereich, gleichfalls in der Phase bis zum Erreichen der Endschließstellung der Spritzgießform (4), das Auskleidungsteil (1) in einem Arbeits zyklus zum vollständigen Formteil (1) ausgeformt wird;
- - oder daß nach dem Erreichen der Endschließstellung der Spritzgieß form (4) und bei gleichzeitigem Ausfüllen des Hohlraumes des wenigstens einen Bereiches, in den zuvor wenigstens ein vorge formtes oder in sich noch nicht formstabiles, konturiertes Teil (2) eingebracht wurde, die Freigabe wenigstens eines weiteren, sich unmittelbar anschließenden Bereiches der Kavität der Spritzgießform (7) erfolgt und in diesem Bereich plastifizierter Kunststoff (3), im Spritzgießverfahren, bei Erzeugung einer stofflichen Verbindung mit dem Randbereich des in wenigstens einem anderen Bereich der Ka vität bereits ausgeformten Bereiches des Auskleidungsteiles bis zur vollständigen Ausformung des Formteiles (1) in einem Arbeits zyklus eingebracht wird.
