Patent λ ν s ρ ρ, ν c π ε :ENGLISH The invention relates to a combined shut-off and check valve in which the shut-off valve has a diaphragm clamped at its edge and movable against the closure part of the check valve for closing. The invention is characterized in that the closure part of the check valve is designed as a known per se, clamped at its edge, but otherwise freely movable under the influence of the medium, which has an opening in the area of the flow channel for the medium to be carried out and for Closing is moved by the pressure of the returning medium acting on an annular space surrounding the opening in the direction of the diaphragm of the shut-off valve. There are well known valves that perform similar tasks as the combined shut-off and check valve according to the invention. Thus, a known valve has a plate-shaped closure piece guided in a valve seat by means of ribs and a plate attached to a membrane. In this valve, however, the closure piece works together with a metal seat. With this valve design, a perfect and operationally reliable closure is only possible if the surfaces that work with one another are well ground flat. However, such precise machining of the surfaces of the closure members is time-consuming and therefore uneconomical. In the valve according to the invention, however, the diaphragms directly effect the closure, so that special processing of the seats is not necessary. It also has the advantage over the known type of valve that the medium flowing through does not need to lift the stopper of the check valve and is therefore not subjected to unnecessary throttling and is therefore also suitable for very low pressures. In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown in Figs. 1 to 3. The housing of the valve shown in Figs. 1 to 3 in different positions consists of an inlet flange part 1 with a tubular end part 2, an outlet flange part 3, a cover 4 and an annular spacer part 5. Between the outlet flange part 3 and the spacer part 5 is a membrane 6 arranged, which has a tubular, 7, and an annular bead 9. A membrane 10 is arranged opposite the membrane 6, the edge of which is fastened between the spacer part 5 and the cover 4 and which has an annular bulge 11. In order to guide it, the membrane 10 is also connected to a guide sleeve 13 guided on guide parts 12 of the cover 4. Combined shut-off and check valve Applicant: W. Balz & Sohn KG, Heilbronn / Neckar, Koepfstr, 5 A spindle 15 protrudes into the control chamber 14 formed by the membrane 10 and the cover 4 an auxiliary valve 15 is supplied α. This can be electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic and depend on the temperature, pressure, differential pressure, level, quantity or some other variable. When the valve is open, the medium can pass from the inlet side via the opening in the membrane 6 to the outlet side. If the membrane 10 is now pressed against the bead 9 of the membrane 6, the valve is closed. The membrane 10 is then stretched so far in this position that the bulge 11 has disappeared. As long as the pressure from the inflow side is slightly higher than the pressure behind the valve, the differential pressure will cause the membrane 6 to be pressed against the valve housing. As soon as a backflow begins, however, this backpressure acts on the free surface 16 of the membrane 6, so that it is pressed against the membrane 10 and thus causes the valve to close. Such a position of the valve is shown in Fig. 3. Patent λ ν s ρ ρ, ν c π ε:
