Abstract
Beschrieben wird eine Spritzgießmaschine mit mehreren Maschinenelementen, Sensoren zur Erfassung von Istwerten, Aktuatoren zum Betreiben der Maschinenelemente, sowie ein oder mehreren Peripheriegeräte (elektrische Komponenten) und mit einer Maschinensteuerung, insbesondere einer SPS-Maschinensteuerung. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die elektrischen Komponenten jeweils über wenigstens einen Prozessor und wenigstens einen Anschluss für ein Datenkommunikations-Netzwerk verfügen, dass in den Prozessoren ein Rahmenprotokoll implementiert ist, das eine Datenkommunikation zwischen den elektrischen Komponenten und der Maschinensteuerung ermöglicht und dass eine Software zum selbsttätigen Erkennen und Betreiben der elektrischen Komponenten vorgesehen ist.Described is an injection molding machine with several machine elements, sensors for detecting actual values, actuators for operating the machine elements, and one or more peripheral devices (electrical components) and with a machine control, in particular a PLC machine control.
