Wenn dann die Heckscheibe 14 von dem Bediener beispielsweise nach erfolgtem Beladen des Fahrzeugs wieder entgegen der Vorspannkraft der Vorspanneinrichtung nach unten in die Schließstellung geschwenkt wird, verriegelt die Verriegelungsanordnung 18 die Heckscheibe 14 wieder in dieser Stellung so lange, bis wieder ein entsprechender von außen nach innen wirkender Druck auf die Heckscheibe 14 ausgeübt wird. Sperreinrichtung 20 jedoch drahtlos. In diesem Fall ist die Sperreinrichtung 20 mit einer
entsprechenden Einheit zur drahtlosen Kommunikation mit einem schematisch dargestellten
Fernbedienungselement 22 ausgestattet. Bei dem Element 22 kann es sich dabei
beispielsweise um einen Infrarotsender oder einen Funksender handeln, der von dem Bediener
beispielsweise mittels Knopfdruck betätigt wird, um die Verriegelungsanordnung 18 über die
Sperreinrichtung 20 zu entsperren. Dabei kann sich der Bediener gegebenenfalls,
insbesondere wenn die Kommunikation über eine Funkstrecke erfolgt, die
Verriegelungsanordnung 18 schon aus der Ferne entsperren, beispielsweise bevor er sperrige
Gegenstände aufnimmt, wonach er keine Hand mehr frei hat. Vorzugsweise ist das Element
22 jedoch als Chipkarte ausgebildet, welche der Bediener bei sich am Körper trägt und
welche die Sperreinrichtung 20 veranlasst, die Verriegelungsanordnung 18 zu entsperren,
sobald sich der Bediener dem Fahrzeug auf eine Entfernung nähert, welche eine
Kommunikation zwischen der Sperreinrichtung 20 und der Chipkarte 22 zulässt. Diese
