Abstract
The patent application relates to an intracorporeal, especially intravenous, application system for liquids, which of course can also be used peritoneally or arterially (FIG. 1). According to the current state of the art, a venous access is first placed via a cannula, then a guide wire is introduced via which a dilatation sheath is introduced into the vascular system. After removing the guide wire, a hose system is implemented in the vascular system and the dilatation sheath is then removed. After the subcutaneous pocket has been prepared, the inserted tubing system is connected to the chamber in the subcutaneous pocket. The application chamber consists of a membrane and an enclosed cavity, which is connected to the hose system via the connector. The membrane of the application chamber closes itself after the injection. The disadvantage here is the connection between the chamber and the hose system as well as complications along the hose system. The invention relates to overcoming this disadvantage in that the chamber is also designed with an opening for the guide wire. The connection between the chamber and the hose system is not prone to errors to the same extent, and the system can be inserted intracorporeally with fewer steps and significant time savings. The chamber can be connected to the application tube in advance or connected before implantation. There are different possibilities for designing the wire feed-through through the application chamber, in particular a funnel-shaped exit opening and a narrow entrance opening to ensure that the guide wire can slide through easily (FIG. 2). When crossing the chamber, this is automatically diverted to the rear wall of the chamber on the outlet side. A perforated tube is also possible, which allows the application (flow, diffusion or the like) of liquids in the chamber and tube system, but also allows the guide wire to pass through the chamber system without errors. After the system consisting of the chamber and tube has been introduced, the guide wire must be removed and the outlet opening secured, e.g. by means of plugs, plugs, screws or similar locking systems (Fig. 3). This locking system can, for example, also be secured with a special tool or by a lockable, non-detachable grid. The application hose can be provided with lateral openings, for example, in order to prevent clumping of blood components (thrombosis), for example.
Description
Subcutaneously implantable chamber system which can be inserted intracorporeally into the vascular and / or peritoneal system via an implantation system (e.g. wire).
The chamber system is characterized by at least two openings, whereby the proximal chamber opening on the catheter side can either be manufactured as a whole with the catheter system or can be connected (Figure 1).
The implantation system (e.g. wire) passes through the proximal first opening and then through the distal second opening. The chamber system can also be inserted via the implantation system (Figure 2).
Entfernen des Implantationssystem (z.b. Draht) und Verschluss der distalen Kammeröffnung durch ein Verschlusssystem z.b. pfropfenartig (Grafik 3).Removal of the implantation system (e.g. wire) and closure of the distal chamber opening with a closure system e.g. plug-like (Figure 3).
