Verfahren zum Einrichten eines teilnehmerspezifischen Verbunds von Alarmanlagen, wobei
ein Portal (40) auf einem Sever (42) bereitgestellt wird und Alarmanlagen (31) von Teilnehmern (30) über das Internet (36) mit dem Portal (40) verbunden sind, wobei
die Teilnehmer (30) auf dem Portal (40) ein Teilnehmerprofil (44) erstellen, wobei einem ersten Teilnehmer (30A) beim Einloggen in das Portal (40) Teilnehmerprofile anderer Teilnehmer (30) zur selektiven Auswahl angezeigt werden,
wobei das Portal (40) dem ersten Teilnehmer (30A) Mittel zur Übersendung einer digitalen Einladung (22) zum Beitritt in seinen Alarmanlagenverbund (26) an einen zweiten Teilnehmer (30B) bereitstellt und
dass der teilnehmerspezifische Alarmanlagenverbund (26) durch eine gegenseitige Einwilligung des ersten Teilnehmers (30A) und des zweiten Teilnehmers (30B) geschaffen wird,
wobei die Teilnehmer (30) in ihr Teilnehmerprofil (44) Ortsinformationen einpflegen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass im Alarmfall die Ortsinformation des ersten Teilnehmers (30A) von dem Portal (40) an die Alarmanlagen (31) des Alarmanlagenverbunds (26) übermittelt wird, und
dass sich die Alarmanlagen (31) des Alarmanlagenverbunds (26) aufgrund der Ortsinformationen ihre Kameras automatisch in Richtung auf die Wohneinheit von der der Alarm ausgeht richten und automatisiert die Wohneinheit und/oder Zufahrtsstraßen aufnehmen.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren sowie ein System zum Einrichten eines teilnehmerspezifischen Verbunds von Alarmanlagen. Unter teilnehmerspezifisch ist zu verstehen, dass ein erster Teilnehmer bzw. ein erster Nutzer des Verbunds einen individuellen Verbund von Alarmanlagen schaffen kann, der sich von einem zweiten Verbund eines zweiten Teilnehmers unterscheiden kann. Hierbei wird ein Portal, das auf einem Server läuft, bereitgestellt, wobei die Alarmanlagen der Teilnehmer über das Internet mit dem Portal verbunden sind. Aus der Praxis sind diverse Alarmanlagensysteme für Wohnungen oder Häuser bekannt. Nachteilig bei diesen Verfahren ist, dass es bisher nicht möglich, dass sich Personen aus einem ortsnahen Umfeld selektiv zu einer Überwachungsgemeinschaft bzw. einem Verbund von Alarmanlagen zusammenschließen können. Eine Überwachungsgemeinschaft bzw. ein Verbund von Alarmanlagen, bei denen sich die Teilnehmer gegenseitig im Alarmfall unterstützen, setzt ein gegenseitiges Vertrauen voraus, sodass bei den Teilnehmern vielfach der Wunsch besteht, die anderen Teilnehmer der Überwachungsgemeinschaft selektiv auszuwählen. Ein selektives Auswählen der Überwachungsgemeinschaft bzw. des Verbundes von Alarmanlagen verhindert zudem, dass unnötig viele Personen gleichzeitig im Falle eines Alarms informiert werden. Letztlich sind vor allem die unmittelbar angrenzenden Wohneinheiten bzw. Gebäudeeinheiten von übergeordneter Bedeutung.Various alarm systems for apartments or houses are known from practice. Vorteilhaft wird hierdurch erreicht, dass der erste Teilnehmer sich seinen Alarmanlagenverbund bzw. seine Überwachungsgemeinschaft individuell zusammenstellen kann. Durch die Einwilligung des zweiten Teilnehmers wird hierdurch ein persönliches Verhältnis zwischen den Teilnehmern geschaffen, welches diese dazu motiviert, sich gegenseitig zu helfen und zu unterstützen. Die Überwachungsgemeinschaft bzw. der Alarmanlagenverbund kann prinzipiell mit einer beliebigen Anzahl von weiteren Teilnehmern erweitert werden. Diese Lösung ermöglicht den Teilnehmern gezielt andere Teilnehmer in einem ortsnahen Umfeld auszuwählen, die bei einer Alarmierung gemeinsam das Umfeld im Auge behalten können. Wesentlich ist zudem, dass die Teilnehmer in ihr Teilnehmerprofil Ortsinformationen einpflegen, wobei im Alarmfall die Ortsinformation des ersten Teilnehmers von dem Portal über das Internet die Alarmanlagen des Alarmanlagenverbundes übermittelt werden. Eine bevorzugte Darstellungsmöglichkeit besteht darin, dass der erste Teilnehmer auf einer Karte zentral in der Mitte angezeigt wird und die anderen Teilnehmer je nach ihrem Abstand zu dem ersten Teilnehmer entsprechend auf radialen Kreisen um den ersten Teilnehmer als Zentrum angeordnet sind.
