Self-adhesive products which can be removed without residue from a bonding substrate by means of stretching stretching are known. They are z. B. as tesa Powerstrips ® or 3M Command TM commercially available.
Among the many applications of adhesive strips with such adhesives are gluing on walls, not only on smooth, flat surfaces, but also on any rough surfaces such as plaster, wood, woodchip wallpaper, especially coated Raufasertapete, other textured wallpaper, panels or wall panels. Again, there is a desire to attach objects with high weight, without damaging the ground (the wall). When bonding e.g. However, on coated woodchip wallpaper, there are three particular challenges compared to many other substrates: (a) woodchip wallpaper is a non-smooth bonding surface, (b) the surface of the woodchip wallpaper is usually provided with a paint by means of binders and / or additives conditionally may have a low surface energy, (c) in particular Raufasertapete represents a relatively easily splittable bonding substrate, which should not be damaged during redetachment. Depending on the type of paint, the surface properties can vary widely. Another aspect is the moisture content of the coated woodchip wallpaper, which depends on the time of day / season and the geographic region and, accordingly, may also be subject to temporary fluctuations. For other of the example substrates listed above, all or some of these challenges apply in a similar manner. For this purpose, suitable adhesives are sought. Also sought are adhesive strips with adhesives with high adhesive and holding performance, which can be removed by stretching stretching residue-free and as destructive as possible from painted plaster or other rough surfaces.
Adhesives for this purpose can advantageously be formulated on the basis of styrene block copolymers and tackifier resins.
The application of sticking adhesive tape to woodchip wallpaper is basically also described above and is a typical application in the home and office.

There is still a need for self-adhesive strips which can be redetached by stretching, which are particularly well suited for rough substrates, especially on coated woodchip wallpaper, by offering a high holding power and allowing redetachment without destroying the substrate.
We are therefore looking for improved self-adhesive products for bonding to fissile and / or rough coated substrates with high bonding and holding performance, which can be redetached residue-free by stretching without damaging the substrate.

"Consist of" or "consisting of" in the context of the present invention means that a formulation or adhesive contains only the compounds listed and, moreover, no further ingredients are present.
The formulation that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer HKA is assigned to the surface A or the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer HKB to the surface B, means that HKA is applied to the surface A or that HKB is applied to the surface B, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer preferably directly on the respective Surface is attached, however, it is also conceivable that between the surface and pressure-sensitive adhesive layer even more layers are.
Haftklebemasse HKA1Pressure Sensitive Adhesive HKA1
Pressure-sensitive adhesive HKA1 comes into contact with the rough surface during bonding (in particular woodchip wallpaper). It is particularly well suited to compensate for roughness of the bonding substrate.
(a) Elastomer (Blockcopolymer)(a) Elastomer (block copolymer)
The elastomer component (block copolymer component) is preferably at least 90% by weight (based on the total block copolymer content) of a polybutadiene-polyaromatic block copolymer or a mixture of different polybutadiene-polyvinylaromatic block copolymers. This polybutadiene-polyvinyl aromatic block copolymer or these polybutadiene-polyvinyl aromatic block copolymers are those which contain polymer blocks predominantly formed by vinylaromatics (A blocks), preferably styrene, and those formed predominantly by polymerization of 1,3-butadiene (B blocks). Polybutadiene block copolymers (SBS) are for the purposes of this invention, due to their higher stability to external influences such. For example, ozone is preferred over polyisoprene block copolymers (SIS). SIS-containing formulations are usually not transferable 1: 1 to SBS-containing and SIS-free formulations, if a comparable mechanical property profile is to be achieved. If you want to dispense with SIS in the formulation and instead work with SBS, then the SBS-containing formulations must be specially adapted to meet the given property profile. At least in part, these differences in the softness of SIS and SBS (indicated by the Shore A hardness) can be explained. The Shore A hardness is typically lower for SIS than for SBS systems.
The elastomer mixture contains at least one polybutadiene-polyvinyl aromatic block copolymer consisting of an A block and a B block, the so-called diblock copolymer. Diblock copolymers contribute to tack and flowability of the adhesive. The elastomer mixture also contains a triblock copolymer or a higher multiblock copolymer having at least two A blocks and at least one B block. This may have as a triblock copolymer a linear A-B-A structure. It is also possible to use block copolymers of radial form as well as star-shaped and linear multiblock copolymers. Triblock and multiblock copolymers contribute to the cohesion and tensile strength of the adhesive. Several different diblock copolymers can be used. Several triblock and / or multiblock copolymers can be used. The total block copolymer content in the adhesive is at least 42% by weight and at most 55% by weight. Significantly lower proportions of elastomer lead to insufficient cohesion, which manifests itself in reduced holding performance and / or reduced tensile strength during the stripping carried out under stretching stretching process. Significantly higher proportions of elastomer lead to a drop in bond strength especially on non-polar substrates such as non-polar painting paint. The proportion of diblock copolymers based on the total block copolymer content in the adhesive formulation is at least 32% by weight and at most 55% by weight, preferably at most 50% by weight. Significantly higher amounts of diblock lead to insufficient cohesion, which manifests itself in reduced holding power and / or reduced tear strength during the stripping process carried out under stretching. Significantly lower amounts of diblock lead to a decrease in bond strength, in particular on nonpolar substrates such as, for example, nonpolar coating color. Accordingly, the proportion of tri- or higher multiblock copolymer is from 45% to 68% by weight, preferably from 50% to 68% by weight, based on the total block copolymer content. Among the tri- or higher multiblock copolymers, the triblock copolymers are particularly preferred.
The weight-average molar mass (measured according to Test I) of the block copolymers is between 50,000 g / mol and 500,000 g / mol, preferably between 75,000 g / mol and 200,000 g / mol. The level of vinyl aromatic block in the block copolymers may vary from block copolymer grade to block copolymer grade in the formulation, but is typically at least 20 weight percent, preferably at least 25 weight percent and at most 40 weight percent, preferably at most 35 wt .-%. Too little polyvinyl aromatic content results in insufficient physical crosslinking created in the polybutadiene-polyvinyl aromatic block copolymers by microphase separation. Physical crosslinking is important for holding performance and tear resistance. On the other hand, if the proportion of polyvinylaromatic component is too high, the adhesive loses stickiness.
The block copolymers of the pressure-sensitive adhesives preferably have polystyrene endblocks as A blocks. Instead of the preferred polystyrene blocks can also be used as vinyl aromatic polymer blocks based on other aromatic homo- and copolymers (preferably C8 to C12 aromatics) with glass transition temperatures of greater than 75 ° C such as α-methylstyrene-containing aromatic blocks. Furthermore, the same or different A blocks may be included. Glass transition temperatures are determined according to Test II.
A blocks are also referred to as "hard blocks" in the context of this invention. B blocks are also called "soft blocks" or "elastomer blocks" accordingly. This reflects the inventive selection of the blocks according to their glass transition temperatures (for A blocks at least 40 ° C, especially at least 60 ° C and for B blocks at most -50 ° C, especially at most -80 ° C). These data refer to the pure, un-blended block copolymers.
The polybutadiene block copolymers resulting from the A and B blocks may contain the same or different B blocks in terms of microstructure (relative ratio of the
(b) Klebharz(b) Adhesive resin
Adhesive resins are special compounds with a molecular weight (test I) M W <5,000 g / mol compared to low molecular weight elastomers typically. Typically, the molecular weight M W is from 500 to 5,000 g / mol, preferably from 500 to 2,000 g / mol. The at least one tackifier resin has a DACP value (according to Test III) of at least about +5 ° C and at most about + 50 ° C, preferably of at most about +45 ° C, and a MMAP value (according to test IV) of at least about +50 ° C and at most about +85 ° C, preferably at most about +80 ° C on. In accordance with selected adhesive resins compatibility with the Polybutadienblöcken and incompatibility with Polyvinylaromatenblöcken in the sense of this invention favorable expression can be expected. The adhesive resin has a resin softening temperature (according to Test V) of at least about 90 ° C, preferably at least about 110 ° C, and at most +140 ° C, preferably at most +120 ° C. The at least one adhesive resin used is advantageously a hydrocarbon resin.
Too high polarity (too low DACP values) leads to incipient compatibility with the vinyl aromatic blocks, which can lead to a reduction in the cohesion and thus the tensile strength. Too low a polarity (too high DACP values) leads to incompatibility of the adhesive resin with the soft block and thus to a loss of tack.
Too high aromaticity (too low MMAP values) leads to incipient compatibility with the vinyl aromatic blocks, which can lead to a reduction in the cohesion and thus the tensile strength. Too low aromaticity (too high MMAP values) leads to incompatibility of the adhesive resin with the soft block and thus to a loss of tack.
The resins are preferably selected from the resin classes of the (partially) hydrogenated aromatic-modified C5 resins, the polyterpene resins (prepared from α-pinene, β-pinene, δ-limonene or mixtures of these starting materials), the partially hydrogenated C9 resins which ( part) of hydrogenated aromatic-modified α-pinene resins, the (partially) hydrogenated aromatic-modified β-pinene resins, the (partially) hydrogenated aromatic-modified δ-limonene resins and the (partially) hydrogenated aromatic-modified dipentene resins. In the aromatic modification, styrene is preferred. Very preferred are polyterpene resins.
(c) Optionale Weichharze (c) Optional soft resins
The optional soft resin is used for the final fine adjustment of the cohesion / adhesion balance. It is very preferably a soft resin or soft resin mixture having a melt viscosity at 25 ° C. and 1 Hz of at least 25 Pa · s, preferably of at least 50 Pa · s and a softening temperature of <25 ° C. The melt viscosity is determined according to Test VI. The soft resin may be a rosin-based or, more preferably, a hydrocarbon-based soft resin. The soft resin or the soft resin mixture is used in relation to the total adhesive composition in a proportion of 0 wt .-% to 15 wt .-%, preferably of at least 5 wt .-% and at most 12 wt .-% based on the total adhesive composition. Too high a proportion of soft resin leads to a reduction in the cohesion, which is reflected in the holding performance and in the tensile strength.
Conventional low-viscosity plasticizers such as mineral oils are unfavorable for the purposes of this invention. Their proportion in the overall formulation is preferably at most 1% by weight, very preferably such plasticizers are completely dispensed with. A disadvantage of plasticizers of low viscosity is the danger that absorbent bonding substrates such as woodchip wallpaper can be greased. After removal of the adhesive strip remains an undesirable visual impression at the bonding site.

Too little polyvinyl aromatic content results in insufficient physical crosslinking created in the polybutadiene block copolymers by microphase separation.
This reflects the inventive selection of the blocks according to their glass transition temperatures (for A blocks at least 40 C, in particular at least 60 ° C and for B blocks at most -50 ° C, especially at most -80 ° C). These data refer to the pure, un-blended block copolymers.
The polybutadiene block copolymers resulting from the A and B blocks may contain the same or different B blocks, in terms of microstructure (relative ratio of .beta Polybutadiene
(b) Klebharz(b) Adhesive resin
The adhesive HKB1 further contains an adhesive resin. Here, too, the adhesive resins are special compounds with a typical molecular weight (test I) of M W <5000 g / mol compared to elastomers of low molecular weight.
(c) Optional einsetzbare Weichharze(c) Optional soft resins
Optionally, a soft resin can be used and serves for the final fine adjustment of the cohesion / adhesion balance. The soft resin or the soft resin mixture is used in relation to the total adhesive composition with a proportion of at most 12 wt .-%, preferably of at most 5% based on the total adhesive composition. Too high a proportion of soft resin leads to a reduction in the cohesion, which is reflected in the holding performance and in the tensile strength.
However, low-viscosity plasticizers such as mineral oils are also conceivable in HKB1 as part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer HKB1 in the context of this invention. Their proportion in the overall formulation is preferably at most 5 wt .-%, preferably at most 3 wt .-%. It is also possible to completely dispense with such plasticizers. A disadvantage of plasticizers of low viscosity is the risk that migration into a layer in contact with the adhesive layer HKB1 such. B. a (foam) carrier layer can take place.

Haftklebemasse HKA2 und HKB2Pressure Sensitive Adhesive HKA2 and HKB2
As an alternative to HKA1, HKA2 can also be advantageously used for bonding to rough / fissile substrates. In this case can be used as a second adhesive layer advantageous HKB2. HKA2 offers a good balance of tear resistance on the one hand and adaptability to a rough surface on the other hand. The use of HKA2 then allows, provided that HKA2 and HKB2 are chosen equal in composition, a symmetrical product structure.
(a) Elastomer (Blockcopolymer)(a) Elastomer (block copolymer)
The elastomer component (block copolymer component) used is in each case, but independently of one another, preferably at least 90% by weight (based on the total block copolymer content) of a polybutadiene-polyvinylaromatic block copolymer or a mixture of different polybutadiene-polyvinylaromatic block copolymers.
This may have as a triblock copolymer a linear ABA structure. It is also possible to use block copolymers of radial form as well as star-shaped and linear multiblock copolymers. Triblock and multiblock copolymers contribute to the cohesion and tensile strength of the adhesive. Several different diblock copolymers can be used. Several triblock and / or multiblock copolymers can be used become. The total block copolymer content in the adhesive is at least 38% by weight and at most 48% by weight. The proportion of diblock copolymers based on the total block copolymer content in the adhesive formulation is at least 10% by weight and at most 30% by weight. Accordingly, the proportion of tri- or higher multiblock copolymer is from 70% by weight to 90% by weight relative to the total block copolymer content. Among the tri- or higher multiblock copolymers, the triblock copolymers are particularly preferred.
In the aromatic modification, styrene is preferred. Very preferred are polyterpene resins.
(c) Weichharze(c) soft resins
The soft resin serves for the final fine adjustment of the cohesion / adhesion balance. It is in each case, but for HKA2 and HKB2 independently of each other very preferably a soft resin or soft resin mixture having a melt viscosity at 25 ° C and 1 Hz of at least 25 Pa · s, preferably at least 50 Pa · s and a softening temperature of <25 ° C. The melt viscosity is determined according to Test VI. The particular soft resin may be a rosin-based or, more preferably, a hydrocarbon-based soft resin. The soft resin or the soft resin mixture comes in relation to the total adhesive composition each, but independently, in a proportion of 2 wt .-%, preferably from at least 5 wt .-% and at most 15 wt .-%, preferably at most 12 wt .-% based on the total adhesive composition used. Too high a proportion of soft resin leads to a reduction in the cohesion, which is reflected in the holding performance and in the tensile strength.
Conventional low-viscosity plasticizers such as mineral oils are unfavorable for the purposes of this invention. Their proportion in the overall formulation, in particular for HKA 2, is preferably at most 1% by weight, very preferably such plasticizers are completely dispensed with. A disadvantage of plasticizers of low viscosity is the danger that absorbent bonding substrates such as woodchip wallpaper can be greased. After removal of the adhesive strip remains an undesirable visual impression at the bonding site. For HKB2, higher proportions (eg up to 5% by weight) can be used.

In each case, but independently of one another, protective agents can be added to the respective adhesive as further additives. Here, aging inhibitors primary and secondary type, light and UV protection agents and flame retardants are called and also fillers, dyes and pigments. The adhesive can be colored as desired or white, gray or black.
Typical use amounts for an additive are up to 1% by weight, based on the total adhesive composition. Particularly advantageous are anti-aging agents that leave no colored residues on bonding substrates.
Fillers can be metered higher, typically at a level of up to 5% by weight, based on the total adhesive composition.

The choice of additives is preferably limited to those mentioned above.
Die Schichtdicke der Haftklebemasseschicht HKA und der Haftklebemasseschicht HKB kann gleich oder verschieden sein, wobei Haftklebemasseschicht HKA dicker sein kann oder dünner als Haftklebemasseschicht HKB.Layer thicknesses of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers HKA and HKB can independently of one another be at least 20 μm and preferably at most 250 μm, preferably at least 50 μm and very preferably at most 150 μm. The layer thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer HKA and of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer HKB may be the same or different, whereby the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer HKA may be thicker or thinner than the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer HKB.
At least one layer of the carrier material is foamed. The foam layer is specially selected to solve the problem. It is important to create a balance between adaptability and holding power. Adaptability is important for the adhesive products to provide an optimal contact surface between the adhesive layer and the rough ground (especially woodchip wallpaper). For this, the foam must have a specific thickness, density and compression hardness. At the same time, however, the foam must not tear too easily under load, so that objects can be attached to the self-adhesive article. For this purpose, the parameters thickness and density should also be selected appropriately.
It has now been found that for the at least one foamed layer of the support material a thickness of at least 500 .mu.m and at most 1800 .mu.m, preferably of at least 850 .mu.m and at most 1500 .mu.m for adhesive strips for bonding to rough substrates with high holding performance are particularly well suited. Typical roughnesses of woodchip wallpaper may be in the range of 500 μm or even more. If the foams are too thin, the adaptability to the rough bonding substrate is insufficient. The adhesive layer only incompletely comes into contact with the surface of the adhesive substrate, which leads to reduced bond strength. If the foam carrier is too thick, then the load, z. By hanging an object on a hook, excessive deflection of the bond and possibly even cracking of the foam.
In addition, it has been shown that a density of at least 30 kg / m 3 and at most 120 kg / m 3 , preferably of at least 45 kg / m 3 and at most 100 kg / m 3 lead to adhesive strips, which are particularly suitable for solving the problem , Low densities also allow for the required adaptability. However, too low densities involve the risk of the foam carrier breaking under load. Too high densities result in insufficient adaptability.
In connection with the tensile strength and the tensile elongation, reference is made to the peel-off direction of the adhesive product. This is important because the mechanical properties of foam layers used in the backing material can typically differ in the direction of their direction of manufacture and in the direction along their direction of manufacture. For the adhesive products according to the invention, it is at first irrelevant whether the foam layer is used in such a way that the detachment direction is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the production process of the foam layer or to the transverse direction. The decisive factor is that the mechanical properties of the foam layer correspond to the abovementioned parameter ranges in accordance with the stress occurring in the detachment process. If, for example, the adhesive product is produced in such a way that the foam layer is stretched transversely to its production direction in the release process, then the mechanical properties of the foam layer transverse to the direction of production of the foam layer are relevant. On the other hand, if the adhesive product is produced in such a way that the foam layer is stretched longitudinally to its production direction in the detachment process, then the mechanical properties of the foam layer along the production direction of the foam layer are relevant.
In addition, a modulus of elasticity of at most 7 MPa is advantageous. This mechanical characteristic describes the course of force in the initial stage of stretching of a material and indicates a certain resistance to its initial deformation. Since the adhesive strip is applicable to easily fissile substrates and here a non-destructive redetachment should be possible, a low modulus of elasticity is preferred.
The foam layer may optionally be provided on one or both sides with a film layer ("befilmt be"). Film layers are then typically less than 75 μm thick. Preference is given to working without fi lming. Advantages of the filming are often found in the holding performance. Negative, however, is their influence on the force to be applied to stretching (stripping force), which is higher than when using a non-film foam. Excessive stripping force carries the risk of damaging the delicate bonding substrate during the removal process.
As the material for the foam layer, polyolefin is preferred. Very suitable are polyethylene-based foams. The surface (s) of the foam layer may be chemically and / or physically pretreated, for. B. to improve the anchoring of further layers on it. Examples of pretreatment options include corona, flame treatment, vapor deposition, fluorination, plasma.
For strippable self-adhesive products, the tear resistance is also important, so that it can be ensured that the adhesive product does not tear when detached by stretching. A foam carrier itself has a relatively low tensile strength. In order to obtain sufficient tear resistance for the stripable adhesive products, the adhesive layers must also contribute to the tear resistance. A related parameter is the tensile strength of the individual adhesive layers. This, measured according to Test IX, should advantageously be at least 5.0 MPa, preferably at least 8.0 MPa. At least one adhesive layer advantageously has a tensile strength of at least 8.0 MPa, preferably of at least 10.0 MPa. A tensile strength of at least 8.0 MPa is required if the adhesive products have a comparatively low layer thickness of the adhesive formulation according to the invention (for example less than 250 μm). Alternatively or additionally, in the self-adhesive product, a further layer can be introduced, which has a higher tensile strength, for. B. brings a carrier material or a further adhesive layer. In addition, the tear resistance depends on the stripping force. The higher this is, the higher the requirements for the tensile strength of the self-adhesive product. Conversely, self-adhesive products allow less stripping force Tensile strengths that are at a lower level. Lower stripping forces also allow a more gentle redetachment of sensitive adhesive substrates such as woodchip wallpaper or plaster, so that destruction during peeling can be more effectively prevented.
The self-adhesive articles according to the invention are double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive self-adhesive products, in particular punched or otherwise cut adhesive tape or film sections (adhesive strips). Adhesive strips can assume any size in both dimensions. They typically have a length of at least 5 mm. Lengths may also be 10 mm, 20 mm, 50 mm, 100 mm or more. Widths are typically at least 2 mm. Widths may also be 5 mm, 10 mm, 20 mm, 50 mm or above. Even if self-adhesive articles according to the invention can advantageously be used as adhesive strips, a variety of possible applications are also available for assembly of products according to the invention as assembly adhesive tape. In such product designs, the tape width is then z. B. also at 5 mm, 10 mm, 20 mm, 50 mm or above. Adhesive tapes are but made into longer sections, such. B. 5 m, 10 m or even 50 m. These tapes are then conveniently offered rolled up to the user.
The adhesive strips are usually longer than they are wide, with the stretch for redetachment then advantageously lying along the longitudinal axis. All angles of the diecuts can be 90 ° or deviate from it. Shapes are also possible in which the adhesive strip tapers in at least one direction and in particular tapers to a point. Edges can also be designed around.
Self-adhesive articles according to the invention are provided in particular on a release liner (preferably siliconized paper or film). The liner can be equipped on one side separating. Then advantageously a second layer of a liner for covering the second surface is used. The liner can also be equipped on both sides separating.

Finally, the present invention also encompasses the use of the adhesive or of the adhesive tape of the invention for bonding to woodchip wallpaper, in particular coated woodchip wallpaper, or to plaster, in particular to painted plaster. Also for gluing on other rough and / or easily fissile surfaces such as wood, wainscoting, veneer wood, textured wallpaper; Panels or wall panels are particularly suitable for the adhesive composition and adhesive tape of the present invention.

Test I – Molekulargewicht, GPCTest I - Molecular weight, GPC
Das gewichtsmittlere Molekulargewicht Mw wurde mittels Gelpermeationschromatographie (GPC) bestimmt. Als Eluent wurde THF eingesetzt. Die Messung erfolgte bei 23 °C. Als Vorsäule wurde PSS-SDV, 5 µ, 103 Å, ID 8,0 mm × 50 mm verwendet. Zur Auftrennung wurden die Säulen PSS-SDV, 5 µ, 103 sowie 104 und 106 mit jeweils ID 8,0 mm × 300 mm eingesetzt. Die Probenkonzentration betrug 4 g/l, die Durchflussmenge 1,0 ml pro Minute. Es wurde gegen PS Standards gemessen. (µ = µm; 1 Å = 10 – 10 m).The weight-average molecular weight Mw was determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The eluent used was THF. The measurement was carried out at 23 ° C. The precolumn was PSS-SDV, 5 μ, 10 3 Å, ID 8.0 mm × 50 mm. For separation, the columns PSS-SDV, 5 μ, 10 3 and 104 and 106, each with ID 8.0 mm × 300 mm were used. The sample concentration was 4 g / l, the flow rate 1.0 ml per minute. It was measured against PS standards.
Der Diblock-Anteil lässt sich dann als Integral des entsprechenden Molmassensignals quantifizieren, bezogen auf die Summe der Integrale der Molmassensignale der Diblock-Mode und der übrigen Blockcopolymer-Moden (Triblock-Mode oder Mode eines höheren Blockcopolymers).GPC is also suitable as a metrological method for the determination of the diblock content, if manufacturer information for a block copolymer should not be available. For the purposes of this invention usable by living anionic polymerization block copolymers, the molecular weight distributions are typically sufficiently narrow, so that polymer modes that can be attributed triblock copolymers on the one hand and Diblockcopolymeren other hand, sufficiently resolved from each other in the Elugramm occur. The diblock fraction can then be quantified as the integral of the corresponding molecular weight signal, based on the sum of the integrals of the molecular weight signals of the diblock mode and the remaining block copolymer modes (triblock mode or mode of a higher block copolymer).

To determine the Kipp shear strength to be tested 750 microns thick adhesive film or the carrier-containing sample of the dimension 20 mm × 50 mm, which is provided on both sides with a non-adhesive grip area (obtained by laminating 25 micron strong biaxially stretched polyester film of dimensions 20 mm × 13 mm), first adhered to a substrate board equipped with Rascha wallpaper (type Erfurt 52 coated with alpina white (lambskin roller)) (pressing time = 5 sec). On the back of the adhesive strip is glued in the middle of a base plate made of steel of dimensions 40 mm × 20 mm × 3 mm (length × width × thickness). On the base plate, a 10 cm long steel pin is attached, which sits vertically on the plate surface. The specimens obtained are pressed together with a force of 100 N and left for 5 min in the unloaded state. After applying the selected tilting shear load by attaching a weight (10 N at 20 mm lever arm), the time to failure of the bond (= Kippscherstandzeit) is determined. The test climate is 23 ° C at a relative humidity of 50%. For many applications, the higher the tipping shear time, the better. If 20 days have been reached, the test will be aborted and the result will be> 20 days.
Test VIII – StripkraftTest VIII - Stripping power
To determine the detachment force (stripping force), an adhesive product pattern of dimensions 50 mm × 20 mm (length × width) is glued in the center between two steel plates (congruent to one another) of dimensions 60 mm × 30 mm, with the grip area not tacky at the upper end. The specimens thus obtained are pressed with a force of 500 N for 5 sec and then left for 5 min in the unloaded state. The bonds are 24 h at 23 ° C and 50% rel. Humidity stored. The adhesive film strip is removed at a pulling speed of 1000 mm / min parallel to the bond plane and contact-free (a spacer corresponding to the thickness of the adhesive film to be examined is inserted between the steel plates in a non-adhesive area) to the edge regions of the two steel plates. The required detachment force is measured in N. The maximum stripping force values in N / cm are given.

All kneading materials were prepared in a heatable double sigma kneader from Aachener Maschinenbau Küpper type III-P1. The jacket of the kneader was through a Thermalölheizbad the company Lauda heated. Here, a bath temperature of 190 ° C was set. During the entire kneading process, a CO2 protective gas atmosphere was applied. The kneader was operated at 50 rpm.
First, the elastomers were weighed together with the solid aging inhibitor Irganox 1010 and presented in the kneader. Thereafter, about 10% of the amount of solid resin was added and kneaded for 15 minutes. Subsequently, each one third of the remaining amount of adhesive resin and finally soft resin was added and incorporated at intervals of 10 minutes.
After completion of the kneading process, the kneading materials were removed from the kneader and allowed to cool to room temperature.
Eingesetzte Rohmaterialien
