Mittels des mobilen Endgerätes (1) werden automatisch im Internet (6), im World Wide Web oder in einer Datenbank Kochrezepte gesucht, deren zugeordnete Speisen das Lebensmittel (7) enthalten. Das mobile Endgerät (1) vergleicht automatisch die den Kochrezepten zugeordneten Lebensmittel mit einer Information über einen einer Person zugeordneten aktuellen persönlichen Lagerbestand (12) an Lebensmitteln.   • – Anzeigen nur derjenigen Kochrezepte, insbesondere als eine Liste, auf einer Anzeigevorrichtung des mobilen Endgerätes, deren zugeordnete Speisen nur Lebensmittel benötigen, welche im aktuellen persönlichen Lagerbestand vorhanden sind, oder deren zugeordnete Speisen Lebensmittel benötigen, von denen eine vorgegebene oder vorgebbare maximale Anzahl an Lebensmitteln im aktuellen Lagerbestand fehlen.
