Abstract
Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung eines rotationssymmetrischen Bauteils, insbesondere eines Rotors eines Elektromotors, wird vor einem Auswuchtschritt ein Belastungsschritt durchgeführt. In dem Belastungsschritt wird das rotationssymmetrische, einen Metallkörper mit einer teilweisen Mantelung aus Kunststoff aufweisende Bauteil mechanisch mittels eines Stößels belastet. In diesem Belastungsschritt werden mechanische Spannungen freigesetzt, welche ansonsten nach einem Auswuchtschritt über einen langen Zeitraum freigesetzt werden. Damit bleibt die in dem Auswuchtschritt erreichte geringe Rest-Unwucht über die Lebensdauer des Bauteils konstant.In a method for producing a rotationally symmetrical component, in particular a rotor of an electric motor, a loading step is performed before a balancing step.
