Abstract
Description
Detonační trubice průmyslové neelektrické rozbušky pro zlepšení separovatelnosti od zpracovávané rubaninyDetonation tubes of industrial non-electric detonators to improve separability from the treated mine
Oblast technikyTechnical field
The invention relates to at least two-layered, i. double, triple or multilayer detonation tubes, also known as Shock Tube types, used for industrial non-electric detonators. Specifically, it involves treating their body in such a way that the remnants of such detonation tubes of non-electric detonators after the blasting operations can be separated from other substances from the treated mine, in an economically acceptable manner.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Významnými výhodami těchto rozbušek samotných jsou zejména hlediska bezpečnosti práce a možnost variability tvoření roznětných časovaných sítí, dále pak vysoká odolnost proti vodě a vlhkosti. Tyto výhody jsou ale u současných rozbušek uvedeného typu zastiňovány právě kontaminací rubaniny zbytky detonačních trubic. The remnants of non-electric detonator tubes used in blasting operations during rock mining contaminate the resulting mined product, the so-called rubanin. Contamination is represented by the presence of tube residues in the mine, which in turn causes difficulties in the treatment of mine in technological equipment, such as crushers, in which the mine, respectively. the product being mined, pulverized or screened, where the product is sorted into the desired fraction. As a result of the above contamination and the entry of tube residues into the processing equipment, frequent shutdowns of the equipment are caused by the need to clean them from the residues of the detonation tubes. In extreme cases, equipment failure may occur. Therefore, the pipe residues of the excavated mine, usually rock, have to be removed, which is also done manually. This circumstance causes an increase in the cost of a set of blasting operations with treated rock, which is a considerable disadvantage in technological processes involving the use of otherwise highly secure non-electric detonators equipped with a low energy detonation tube. This disadvantage currently limits the use of non-electric detonators with a detonation tube. On the other hand, some utility and technical parameters of these non-electric detonators are still unsurpassed. Significant advantages of these detonators themselves are especially the aspects of work safety and the possibility of variability in the formation of timed networks, as well as high resistance to water and moisture. These advantages, however, in the current detonators of this type are overshadowed by the contamination of the mine by the remnants of detonation tubes.
Other problems exist with detonation tubes of a similar type, such as the need for a simple visual determination of whether the composition of the reactive material has been burned in the tube, and this problem is not solved by the present invention. A solution to this problem is discussed, for example, in US 2543913, which discloses the use of metal-based materials having a pigment on the surface, such as Fe 2 O 3 , where a color change occurs due to temperature allowing visual inspection of the charge burnout in the tube. This material is vapor deposited in a thin layer, relatively in a very small amount, sufficient to indicate a color change when the respective site burns out, respectively. section. The purpose is therefore a color change and the amount of Fe 2 O 3 is absolutely and relatively very small, with the use of its participation in color changes. In these intentions, the knowledge of the possibility of using said material to improve the separability of detonation tubes from the mine is neither remotely applicable nor reasonably inspirational to the person skilled in the art.

This achieves the formation of a detonation tube where the magnetic substance contained in its body or its wrapper, in at least one layer, makes it possible to carry out the magnetic separation of the remains of this tube from the mine, eliminating the existing significant disadvantage of having to separate these residues manually or the absence of separation, reduces the risk of fouling or damaging the processing equipment of said mine, contaminated with remnants of detonation tubes.
