Description
Oblast technikyTechnical field
The invention relates to a set of rings for obtaining and exchanging information, in particular, but not exclusively, the heartbeat operating on an information loop basis. The invention also relates to a method for obtaining and exchanging information. The invention is applicable to the widest range of users, especially in the private sector, but selected modifications will also find application in the field of business relations.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The use of rings in information technology has long been the focus of experts for their attractiveness associated with small dimensions. An example is Ringly, which is connected to the user's mobile phone, alerting him by vibrations and light signals to all incoming messages and calls, to set reminders, acts as an alarm clock, calendar. It is actually a close signaling of some functions of the mobile.
Another type of ring (Logbar) offers the possibility to control the phone using the ring - hand gestures. You can change the volume, ring pattern, and other common features of the phone without touching it. Here, the ring is not an indicator of what is happening on the mobile, but is an active element. As with the previous solution, all interactions take place only between the ring and the mobile, expanding the existing possibilities for user comfort, but the range of ring-telephone set functions is still essentially limited by the range of functions of the mobile phone itself.
Similarly, another type of ring (Nod) created works with the difference that it controls another device instead of a mobile phone. The remote control of various devices is known in many forms. The use of the ring for this purpose offers somewhat more comfort, but on the other hand, due to the small size, the possibility of placing the control or signaling elements on the rings is very limited.
Totéž platí o případném využití prstenů jako snímačů některých veličin. Relativně malé rozměry prstenu jsou do značné míry limitující pro spolehlivé umístění zejména složitějších technických aplikací.The same applies to the possible use of rings as sensors of some quantities. The relatively small dimensions of the ring are largely limiting for the reliable placement of particularly complex technical applications.

As far as heart rate measuring devices are concerned, they are mainly meant for everyday use, not special medical applications, and various types of bracelets are known and used (Fit bit, Garmin, Misfit). These are wristbands that measure heart rate, display the result, usually digitally showing the measured value available to the user of the wristband itself. In most cases there is no requirement to transmit this information, only some of these wristbands can in addition show the value found on the user's mobile phone (smartphone).
The area of heart rate measurement and, in particular, obtaining information about the heart rate of another person (a close person) has recently been a focus of interest for researchers and researchers, as it can provide a vital indication that the person is alive - okay. Therefore, there are various technical innovations focused on this area. Some of them also focus on the use of rings, which seems very attractive because of their small size and the associated user comfort.
U vynálezu podle Us] patentové přihlášky 201^)^88^48 (Little Riot) je použit pro čtení srdečního tepu prsten se senzorem srdečního tepu prvního uživatele a předání tohoto například přes server druhému uživateli, kde se tep zobrazí na polštáři druhého uživatele. In the invention according to US Patent Application 201-1884-48 (Little Riot), a ring with a heart rate sensor of a first user is used to read the heart rate sensor and transmit it, for example, through a server to the second user where the heart rate is displayed on the second user's cushion.
The first user actively sends live information about himself to the second user. The disadvantage of this solution is its complexity requiring two rings and two cushions if the exchange is to be mutual. The solution has also limited use, it is more or less appropriate to apply it only in the area of home and privacy.
The invention according to Applicant Application 201 ^ (^ 27 ^ 559 (Apple) is very broad. It includes almost all known applications falling under the functions of smart watches. Among other things, the exchange of information between two users about their heart rate can be described here. The first user can send signals from his ring to the second user expressing his current heart rate, which is then displayed on the second user's ring.
Tento přenos srdečního tepu je opět podmíněn aktivním odesláním daných informací jedním uživatelem druhému uživateli. Není zohledněna skutečnost, zda a kdy druhý uživatel tuto informaci požaduje. Again, this heartbeat transfer is conditioned by the active transmission of the information by one user to another. It does not take into account whether and when the other user requests this information. At the same time, the full potential of heart rate information to simulate the actual physical proximity of the other person, that is, the ability to share his or her heart rate at his own discretion at any time and thus to make sure the other person is OK, is far from being utilized.
• « » ·• «»
Úkolem vynálezu tedy je poskytnout systém, který především umožní kdykoliv si vyžádat informaci o aktuálním srdečním tepu druhé osoby bez její aktivní účasti a získat tuto informaci bez toho, že by druhá osoba byla jakkoliv rušena ve své činnosti.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a system which, in particular, makes it possible at any time to request information about the current heart rate of a second person without his active involvement and to obtain this information without disturbing the other person in any way.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
These drawbacks and drawbacks of the prior art information exchange devices and devices, for example the heart rate, are largely overcome by a set of rings for obtaining and exchanging information, in particular an information loop heart rate, according to the invention. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The set consists of at least two rings each comprising at least one actuator, a light-signaling device and a physical signaling device on the outside; wherein each of the rings is simultaneously equipped with a pulse sensor, a control sensor, a micro-power supply and a communication interface comprising an application compatible with a wireless information transmission apparatus connected to a functional transmission network.
The light signaling is preferably constituted by LEDs used in connection with the light by a water foil.
The physical signaling device, the pulse sensor and the control sensor are preferably located on the inside of the ring.
The physical signaling device is preferably a vibration motor, a haptic motor and / or a piezo actuator. The wireless information transfer device is a smartphone, tablet and / or PC and the communication interface is Bluetooth 4.0 and higher based technology, complemented by an application for ring transfer to the wireless information transfer device.
The method of collecting and exchanging information by means of a ring set according to the invention is characterized in that information about the other ring user is requested and received through the ring of one user, which is obtained by the other user scanning by a pulse sensor or reading. .
The main advantage of the ring set according to the invention over all known solutions for sharing live information is that the solution according to the invention makes it possible at any time to request information about the current heart rate of another person without his active participation and discreetly obtain this information without the other person was in any way disturbed in its activities.

Příklady uskutečnění vynálezuDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As can be seen from FIG. 1 of the accompanying drawings, the ring 1 comprises two actuators 2 adjacent the outer periphery of the ring 1 and has a light signaling 3 formed by LEDs in conjunction with the light-guide film, and is further equipped with a physical signaling device. 4, consisting of a vibration motor. Inside the ring 1 is located a pulse sensor 5, a control sensor 6, a micro-energy source 7 as well as a communication interface 8, the meaning of which will be explained below.
Odezva systému je tedy schopna rozlišit • · · ·The set of rings for exchanging the heart rate information shown in FIG. 2 consists of two rings 1a, 1b of the structure just described (see FIG. 1). This pair of rings 1a, 1b operates in the following manner: The user - the ring-wearer la - requests the current heart rate of the user of the ring-wearer Jb by means of the controls 2 (here the touch sensors are used). The request is transmitted via the communication interface 8a of the user a) to the device 9a for wireless transmission of information, here a mobile phone with Bluetooth 4.0 and higher, which is connected to a functional transmission network 10. - sending a signal of the requested information, and via the communication interface 8b in the user's ring b), this information is obtained through the pulse sensor 5b - the user's current heart rate b). In the same way, the information is passed back to ring 1a, where it activates light signaling 3, as well as the physical signaling device 4. Ring 1a begins to emit light signals and vibrations in response to the heartbeat of user b). The condition of this response is, in addition to the actual heart rate of the user b), also the position of the ring lb on the user's finger, which is identified by the control sensor 6. The system response is thus able to distinguish
momentální technickou nefunkčnost způsobenou tím, že prsten lb není na prstu uživatele (nebo není dostačující mikro-zdroj 7b energie) od situace, kdy jsou technické podmínky splněny a senzor 5b pulsů nezaznamená srdeční tep uživatele b).momentary technical malfunction due to the fact that ring 1b is not on the finger of the user (or the micro-power source 7b is not sufficient) since the technical conditions are met and the pulse sensor 5b does not record the heartbeat of the user b).
The function of the system shown in Fig. 2 schematically shows the path of the signals running between the two rings 1a, 1b, whereby the initiator of the whole process - as mentioned - for example the ring user la sends a request for information about the current heart rate of the other user with the ring. lb. The ring 1b discreetly provides the required information and sends it to the ring 1a of the first user requesting the information. This closes the information loop. The same can be entered and performed at any time from the ring of the other user 1b, both rings 1a, 1b being universal and having the same functions. Both processes are independent of each other.
As can be seen from FIG. 3 of the accompanying drawings, the set of rings for exchanging the basic personal information (contacts) is again formed by two rings 1a, 1b which contain analogous elements for controlling, sensing and transmitting information as well as for supplying power to these activities. already described in Example 1.
The function description illustrates the path of the signals running between the two rings 1a, 1b, where the initiators of the process are the two users of the rings 1a, 1b sending the current instruction via the controls 2 (alternatively using the push buttons). . Upon communication of the access information (ID), based on the obtained ID, each of the rings 1a, 1b via the communication interface 8a, 8b signals the respective wireless information transmission device 9a, 9b here to request a mobile phone based on the communicated ID 10 from the server, a set of basic personal information (contacts) of the other user. This file, the so-called data packet, containing one user's contact information, is displayed on the other user's mobile phone display. Again, there is an information loop where the user actively requests information and receives this information. The difference with Example 1 is that now live, up-to-date information, dependent on sensor activity, is not communicated, but ready-made information prepared on the server, only with the permission of its owner. This is accomplished by coordinated depressing of the actuators 2 on the rings 1a, 1b at the same time. Another difference is that the exchange of information is interdependent and interdependent in terms of time and place.
« « • · · ·«« • · · ·
Popsaný proces blízké výměny hotových informací, iniciovaný výměnou ID uživatelů obou prstenů la, lb, se u prstenů podle vynálezu může uskutečnit až na vzdálenost do 50 m.The described process of close exchange of finished information, initiated by the exchange of user IDs of both rings 1a, 1b, can be carried out for the rings according to the invention up to a distance of up to 50 m.
Analogously, it is possible to exchange any other information that is available and their owners agree on the exchange, and the exchange can take place very simply, quickly and discreetly. The system according to the invention thus represents a significant help, especially for persons who find it difficult to carry out the exchange of contacts, whether for social or other reasons. However, virtually anyone will appreciate it for its simplicity and prompt execution, especially in business meetings and similar occasions.
Kromě toho určité modifikace řešení podle vynálezu najdou uplatnění i v oblasti obchodních vztahů, pň předávání základních osobních informací (kontaktních údajů) rychlým, diskrétním a pohodlným způsobem.A set of rings for mutual monitoring and exchange of information, especially heart rate and information loop technology based on the information loop, is applicable to the widest range of users, especially in the private sphere, allowing each user using a pair of rings at any time to get information about the current the heartbeat of a person close to him in a discreet manner, regardless of physical distance and without being disturbed in any way by his activity. In addition, certain modifications of the solutions according to the invention will also find application in the field of business relations when transferring basic personal information (contact data) in a fast, discreet and convenient manner.
