With continued reference to fig. 6, in order to enable the first waterproof component 43 to have a good waterproof sealing effect, and avoid the fixing element 40 protruding out of the front side of the front housing 10, to ensure a good visual effect of the electronic student card, the front side of the front housing 10 is concavely provided with the limiting sink 12, one end opening of the first fixing hole 11 is opened on the bottom of the limiting sink 12, the limiting sink 12 can provide a storage position of a part of the fixing element 40, so that the end of the fixing element 40 can be stored in the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20 in a state of being assembled on the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20, and meanwhile, the limiting sink 12 can also restrict the installation position of the fixing element 40, so that the end of the fixing element 40 abuts against the bottom of the limiting sink 12, to avoid the fixing element 40 excessively extending into the electronic student card, and also enable the end of the fixing element 40 to act on the front housing 10 through the limiting sink 12, to ensure that the assembly of the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20 remains stable.
In view of the above technical solution, the fixing member 40 includes a fixing portion 41 and a limiting portion 42, where the fixing portion 41 is configured to be capable of being connected to the first fixing hole 11 and the second fixing hole 21 in a penetrating manner, and is fixedly matched with the second fixing hole 21, or the first fixing hole 11 and the second fixing hole 21, and the limiting portion 42 is adapted to the limiting sink 12 so as to be hidden in the limiting sink 12, so as to avoid the limiting portion 42 protruding from the front side portion of the front housing 10, specifically, the fixing portion 41 is adapted to the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole, i.e., the fixing portion 41 is in a strip-shaped structure, and the limiting portion 42 is disposed at one end of the fixing portion 41 along the length direction thereof, so that the fixing member 40 can be hidden in the limiting sink 12 in a state of being fixed in the first fixing hole 11 and the second fixing hole 21 in a penetrating manner through the fixing portion 41, and acts on the front housing 10 through the limiting sink 12.
In the above-mentioned scheme structure, the first waterproof component 43 is wound around the periphery of the fixing portion 41, and is abutted against the limiting sink 12 by the limiting portion 42 in the state that the fixing member 40 is assembled on the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20, so as to ensure that the first waterproof component 43 remains around the periphery of the orifice of the first fixing hole 11, and prevent foreign matters from entering the first fixing hole 11.
In an embodiment, a screw is used as the fixing element 40, the fixing portion 41 is defined as a threaded rod of the screw, and the limiting portion 42 is a threaded head of the screw, according to the technical scheme provided above, it can be understood that in this embodiment, the mounting end of the fixing element 40 can be understood as the threaded head of the screw, that is, the limiting portion 42 thereof, and the second fixing hole 21, or the second fixing hole 21 and the first fixing hole 11 are processed with an internal thread structure adapted to the external thread of the fixing element 40, and the fixing element 40 penetrates into the first fixing hole 11 and the second fixing hole 21 and forms a fit with the second fixing hole 21 and the first fixing hole 11 in a threaded fit manner, and the threaded head of the fixing element 40 can be hidden in the limiting sink 12 and performs the abutting limitation on the first waterproof component 43 and the front housing 10. Of course, in other embodiments, the fixing member 40 may be a bolt, a latch, or other structural member having corresponding fixing and limiting functions, and it should be understood that, regardless of the structure of the fixing member 40, the end of the fixing member 40 near the front side of the electronic student card is defined as the mounting end thereof in the state of being assembled to the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 4-fig. 5, as an embodiment of the electronic student card, the electronic student card is further provided with a key, and the electronic student card can provide different preset functions, such as information display, attendance checking, positioning, dialing or answering a call, by triggering the key, where the functions provided by the key are determined according to the functions preset by the main board in the electronic student card, and the embodiment does not limit the functions provided by the electronic student card specifically.
The electronic student identity card comprises a key circuit board 50 serving as one of the functional modules and a key assembly 51 matched with the key circuit board 50, wherein the key circuit board 50 is fixedly arranged between the front shell 10 and the rear shell 20 and is electrically connected with the main board, the key assembly 51 is arranged between the key circuit board 50 and the front shell 10, the key circuit board 50 serves as a key sensing component, and one side, close to the key assembly 51, of the key circuit board 50 is provided with a contact point opposite to the key assembly 51, so that when a user triggers a key, sensing is generated to trigger functions of dialing, making a call, asking for help and the like.
In order to provide an operation space for a user to press the trigger key assembly 51, the front housing 10 and the decoration 30 are respectively penetrated with a key hole 13, and the key holes 13 are aligned with the key assembly 51, so that at least part of the key assembly 51 is exposed to the front side of the electronic student card through the key holes 13.
In order to prevent foreign matters from entering the accommodation cavity of the electronic student card from the key hole 13, the key assembly 51 is watertight fitted with the rear side portion of the front case 10. Please refer to fig. 4-5, which is a specific watertight matching structure of the key assembly 51 and the front housing 10, wherein the key assembly 51 includes a key silica gel 511 and a key body 512, the front side of the key silica gel 511 is abutted against the rear side of the front housing 10, so that a watertight matching relationship is formed between the key silica gel 511 and the front housing 10, and the key body 512 is movably disposed between the front housing 10 and the key silica gel 511 and is exposed to the front side of the electronic student card through the key hole 13.
In one embodiment, the key silica gel 511 covers the key hole 13 and surrounds the periphery of the key hole 13 at the rear side of the front housing 10, and the rear side of the key silica gel 511 can be abutted against the key circuit board 50 or the rear housing 20, so that the key silica gel 511 is abutted against the rear side of the front housing 10 and is in sealing fit with the front housing 10 and the key silica gel 511. In other embodiments, the outer edge of the key silica gel 511 and the rear side portion of the front housing 10 may be adhered with sealant or dispensing to achieve the watertight matching effect of the outer edge of the key silica gel 511 and the rear side portion of the front housing 10. Or, the purpose of further improving the water tightness is achieved by adopting the pressing fit and the gluing mode at the same time.
In this embodiment, the key silica gel 511 can provide an elastic force for the key body 512 to return to the front housing 10, and deform when the key body 512 is pressed to move to the rear housing 20, and finally abuts against the corresponding contact of the key circuit board 50, and the key body 512 is disposed on the limit step of the outer edge through the limit step, so that the key body is kept in alignment with the key hole 13 under the elastic force of the key silica gel 511.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 5-6, as a solution for improving the watertight performance of the electronic student's certificate, a second waterproof member 22 is provided between the front case 10 and the rear case 20. In this embodiment, the outer edges of the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20 are close to each other in the mating state, so as to achieve the effect of forming the accommodating cavity by the enclosing, and in order to avoid foreign matters from entering the accommodating cavity from the gap between the outer edges of the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20, the second waterproof component 22 in this example is disposed around the outer edges of the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20, and forms an interference fit with the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20, i.e. the outer edges of the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20 have corresponding watertight performance in the mating state.
Similar to the first waterproof member 43, the second waterproof member 22 of the present embodiment may employ an elastic sealing member, and under the action of the fixing member 40, the outer edge of the front case 10 and the outer edge of the rear case 20 are in abutting engagement, and cooperate to apply a certain force to the second waterproof member 22, so that the second waterproof member 22 is deformed under compression, thereby realizing watertight engagement between the second waterproof member 22 and the front case 10, and between the second waterproof member 22 and the rear case 20.
It should be understood from the above description of the first waterproof member 43 and the second waterproof member 22 that the second waterproof member 22 may be, but is not limited to, a rubber ring, a silicone ring.
Since the accommodation chamber in the electronic student status needs to provide a sufficient space for installing the corresponding functional components, the front case 10 and the rear case 20 need to be provided as case members having a certain size, the front case 10 and the rear case 20 are relatively large in size, resulting in a certain difficulty in assembling the second waterproof member 22, and it is also difficult to ensure that it forms a stable watertight fit relationship along the outer edges of the front case 10 and the rear case 20 after assembling. In order to solve this technical problem, please continue to refer to fig. 6, a fixing groove 23 is provided between the outer edge of the front housing 10 and the outer edge of the rear housing 20, the fixing groove 23 is used for accommodating the second waterproof component 22, during the assembly process of the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20, the second waterproof component 22 can be adapted to the structure of the fixing groove 23 so as to be hidden in the fixing groove 23, and play a role in pre-positioning before assembly, so that after the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20 are assembled and matched through the fixing piece 40, the waterproof paths of the outer edges of the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20 can be accurately blocked, and stable sealing performance of the second waterproof component 22 can be ensured.
According to the above scheme, the following ways of opening the fixing slots 23 in the structure of the electronic student identity card are provided:
1. the fixed groove 23 is formed in the front shell 10;
2. the fixed slot 23 is arranged on the rear shell 20;
3. the fixing groove 23 is formed in the front case 10 and the rear case 20.
In the first or second opening mode, in order to ensure that the second waterproof component 22 is in the fixing groove 23, and the front casing 10 and the rear casing 20 can be extruded by the two in the assembled state, the outer edge of the front casing 10 which is not provided with the fixing groove 23 or the outer edge of the rear casing 20 which is not provided with the fixing groove 23 is convexly provided with the pressing rib 16 into the fixing groove 23, and under the condition that the front casing 10 and the rear casing 20 are assembled in an aligned manner, the pressing rib 16 can be arranged to extend into the fixing groove 23 at least partially so as to extrude the second waterproof component 22 stored in the fixing groove 23, so that the outer part of the second waterproof component 22 is respectively pressed on the pressing rib 16 and the groove wall of the fixing groove 23 to form a complete waterproof path.
In the third mode, the second waterproof member 22 is accommodated in the fixing groove 23 of the front housing 10 or the rear housing 20 in the assembled state of the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20, so as to achieve preliminary positioning, and the fixing groove 23 of the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20 are engaged to define an installation space for fixing the second waterproof member 22, and the second waterproof member 22 is abutted against each groove wall of the fixing groove 23 in the installation space through the fixing groove 23 portion of the front housing 10 and the fixing groove 23 portion of the rear housing 20.
Thus, through the cooperation of the elastic second waterproof component 22 and the fixing groove 23, the accurate and rapid assembly of the second waterproof component 22 is realized, and meanwhile, the second waterproof component 22 is ensured to be extruded between the outer edge of the front shell 10 and the outer edge of the rear shell 20, so that stable waterproof performance is provided.
In the embodiment of the second waterproof member 22, the electronic student's certificate needs to be designed in a detachable structure of the front case 10 and the rear case 20, and therefore the second waterproof member 22 is not suitable for use as a waterproof member having an adhesive property.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 7, the electronic student status of the present embodiment further includes an audio module 60, where the audio module 60 is one of the above functional modules, and may be configured as a pickup module 61 and/or a speaker module 62 according to the functional requirements of the electronic student status, so as to provide audio receiving and/or audio playing functions.
The audio module 60 is fixedly disposed in the accommodating cavity and between the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20, and is adapted to the accommodating cavity, the front housing 10 and the decoration 30 are respectively penetrated with a sound via hole 14, and the sound via hole 14 is opposite to the audio module 60, so that at least a portion of the audio module 60 is exposed to the front side of the electronic student card through the sound via hole 14, and external sound of the electronic student card can be received by the pickup module 61 through the sound via hole 14, or sound played by the speaker module 62 can be transmitted to the outside of the electronic student card through the sound via hole 14.
In order to prevent foreign matters from entering the accommodating cavity from the sound through hole 14, a third waterproof component 63 is disposed between the audio module 60 and the front housing 10, and the third waterproof component 63 surrounds the periphery of the sound through hole 14 and is in interference fit with the front housing 10 and the audio module 60 respectively.
In one embodiment, the audio module 60 includes the sound pickup module 61 and the speaker module 62, the speaker module 62 is aligned with the sound via hole 14, the sound pickup module 61 is disposed on one side of the speaker module 62, the third waterproof member 63 is disposed between the housing of the speaker module 62 and the rear side of the front housing 10, the third waterproof member 63 is pressed by the housing of the speaker module 62 and the front housing 10, and the third waterproof member 63 is ensured to surround between the periphery of the speaker module 62 and the periphery of the sound via hole 14, so as to form a complete waterproof path.
Similar to the structural form of the first waterproof member 43 or the second waterproof member 22, the third waterproof member 63 may employ an elastic sealing ring, so that in a state where the audio module 60 is mated with the front case 10, the third waterproof member 63 as an elastic sealing ring is pressed by the audio module 60 and the front case 10, thereby improving the sealing degree between the audio module 60 and the front case 10 and realizing good waterproof of the electronic student's certificate.
In other embodiments, the third waterproof member 63 may be other sealing members with waterproof performance, such as EVA foam, waterproof silicone rubber ring, waterproof rubber ring, etc.
Of course, in other embodiments, the audio module 60 may be configured in such a way that the sound pickup module 61 is aligned with the sound via 14, the speaker module 62 is disposed on one side of the sound pickup module 61, and the speaker module 62 and the sound pickup module 61 are at least partially aligned with the sound via 14.
In order to avoid the influence of foreign matter such as moisture and dust on the audio module 60 through the sound via 14, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the sound via 14 located in the garnish 30 and/or the front case 10 is covered with a breathable waterproof film 31. It should be understood that the waterproof and breathable film may also be referred to as breathing paper, which is a novel polymer waterproof material configured to allow air to pass through while preventing moisture from passing through the breathable and waterproof film 31, ensuring that sound can be transmitted into the receiving cavity through the sound via hole 14 or out of the electronic student's certificate through the sound via hole 14.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and fig. 5, the electronic student status provided in this embodiment further includes a display module 70, where the display module 70 is configured to provide an image display function of the electronic student status, and the display module 70 may display the function currently being provided by the electronic student status or display the current status of the electronic student status, such as electric quantity, volume, etc.
The display module 70 is fixedly disposed in the accommodating cavity and between the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20, and the display module 70 is one of the functional modules, which may be electrically connected to the motherboard. In order to enable the display module 70 to display the picture displayed by the display module 70 to the user through the front housing 10, the front housing 10 is provided with an image via hole 15 corresponding to the display module 70, and the image via hole 15 is aligned with the display module 70, so that the picture displayed by the display module 70 can be watched by the user through the image via hole 15. In an embodiment, the electronic student certificate is further provided with a backlight module at one side of the display module 70 near the rear housing 20, and the backlight module is used for providing a certain display brightness for the display module 70, so that a user can clearly view the image displayed by the display module 70 when the ambient light brightness is low; in another embodiment, the external ambient light can be irradiated onto the display module 70 through the image via 15 to provide the image display brightness of the display module 70 through the ambient light.
In order to protect the display module 70, the front housing 10 is located on the image via hole 15 or is provided with a light-transmitting panel 80, and the light-transmitting panel 80 is disposed on the front side of the display module 70 and covers the image via hole 15, so that external foreign matters are prevented from directly colliding with the display module 70, and meanwhile, a dust-proof effect is also achieved to a certain extent.
Wherein, the light-transmitting panel 80 is in watertight fit with the front housing 10 to prevent dust and water from entering the accommodating cavity through the image via hole 15, please continue to refer to fig. 2 and 5, the light-transmitting panel 80 forms watertight fit with the front housing 10 located at the periphery of the image via hole on the basis of covering the image via hole, thereby forming a complete watertight path. In order to avoid interference between the decoration 30 and the transparent panel 80, the decoration 30 is penetrated with a clearance opening 32, and the opening edge of the clearance opening 32 surrounds the periphery of the transparent panel 80 to provide a matching space between the transparent panel 80 and the front housing 10.
In the present embodiment, the light-transmitting panel 80 may be made of, but not limited to, acrylic, glass, or the like.
In an embodiment, in order to make the light-transmitting panel 80 and the front case form a connection and fit relationship and also keep a watertight and fit relationship, the light-transmitting panel 80 and the front case 10 are adhered and fixed by using a waterproof double-sided tape 81, and meanwhile, the waterproof double-sided tape 81 can also have a good waterproof sealing effect.
To sum up, the electronic student certificate of this embodiment is shielding mounting 40 through decoration 30 to when improving the whole visual effect of electronic student certificate, avoided the user to dismantling easily of product, and, on the basis that electronic student certificate was provided with different functional module, through setting up different waterproof parts, thereby let the whole complete waterproof route that forms of electronic student certificate, avoid foreign matter such as dust, moisture to see through between procapsid 10 and each functional module, and the clearance entering product inside between procapsid 10 and the back casing 20, effectively prolonged the life of electronic student certificate, reduce the probability that electronic student certificate need dismantle the maintenance.

1. An electronic student's identity card, comprising:
a front shell (10), wherein a first fixing hole (11) penetrating through the front side part and the rear side part of the front shell (10) is formed in the front shell;
a rear housing (20) having a second fixing hole (21) provided at a front side portion thereof, the front housing (10) being positionable at a front side of the rear housing (20) such that the first fixing hole (11) is in alignment communication with the second fixing hole (21);
a fixing member (40), wherein the fixing member (40) sequentially penetrates into the first fixing hole (11) and the second fixing hole (21) from the front side of the front housing (10) so as to fix the front housing (10) and the rear housing (20) relatively;
and a decoration (30) provided on the front side of the front case (10) and covering the attachment end of the fixing member (40).
2. The electronic student status of claim 1, wherein a first waterproof component (43) is arranged between the fixing element (40) and the first fixing hole (11), and the first waterproof component (43) is arranged around the first fixing hole (11) and the fixing element (40) and is in interference fit with the fixing element (40) and the first fixing hole (11) respectively.
3. The electronic student status of claim 2, wherein a limiting sink (12) is concavely arranged on the front side part of the front shell (10), and an orifice at one end of the first fixing hole (11) is arranged on the bottom of the limiting sink (12);
the fixing piece (40) comprises a fixing portion (41) and a limiting portion (42), the fixing portion (41) is configured to be capable of being connected to the first fixing hole (11) and the second fixing hole (21) in a penetrating mode, the limiting portion (42) is matched with the limiting sink groove (12) and is arranged at one end of the fixing portion (41), and the first waterproof component (43) is wound on the periphery of the fixing portion (41) and can be abutted to the limiting sink groove (12) by the limiting portion (42).
4. The electronic student status of any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
a key circuit board (50) fixedly arranged between the front case (10) and the rear case (20);
A key assembly (51) disposed between the key circuit board (50) and the front case (10), the key assembly (51) being watertight fitted to a rear side portion of the front case (10);
the front shell (10) and the decoration (30) are respectively penetrated with a key hole (13), and the key holes (13) are opposite to the key components (51), so that at least part of the key components (51) are exposed out of the front side of the electronic student identity card through the key holes (13).
5. The electronic student status of claim 4, wherein the key assembly (51) comprises:
a key silica gel (511), wherein the front side of the key silica gel (511) is abutted against the rear side part of the front shell (10);
the key body (512) is movably arranged between the front shell (10) and the key silica gel (511), and the key body (512) is exposed out of the key hole (13).
6. -electronic student status according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a second waterproof component (22) is provided between the front housing (10) and the rear housing (20);
the second waterproof part (22) is arranged around the outer edge of the front shell (10) and the outer edge of the rear shell (20) and forms interference fit with the front shell (10) and the rear shell (20).
7. The electronic student status of claim 6, wherein a fixing groove (23) is formed between the outer edge of the front case (10) and the outer edge of the rear case (20), and the fixing groove (23) is used for accommodating the second waterproof component (22);
the fixing groove (23) is formed in the front shell (10); or (b)
The fixing groove (23) is formed in the rear shell (20); or (b)
The fixing groove (23) is formed in the front shell (10) and the rear shell (20).
8. The electronic student status of any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
the audio module (60) is fixedly arranged between the front shell (10) and the rear shell (20), sound through holes (14) are formed in the front shell (10) and the decorating part (30) in a penetrating mode, and the sound through holes (14) are opposite to the audio module (60) so that at least part of the audio module (60) is exposed out of the front side of the electronic student card through the sound through holes (14);
a third waterproof component (63) is arranged between the audio module (60) and the front shell (10), and the third waterproof component (63) surrounds the periphery of the sound through hole (14) and is in interference fit with the front shell (10) and the audio module (60) respectively.
9. Electronic student status according to claim 8, characterized in that the sound via (14) at the decorative piece (30) and/or the front housing (10) is covered with a breathable waterproof film (31).
10. The electronic student status of any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
the display module (70) is fixedly arranged between the front shell (10) and the rear shell (20), an image through hole (15) is penetrated through the front shell (10), and the image through hole (15) is opposite to the display module (70);
a light-transmitting panel (80) which is in watertight fit with the front case (10) and covers the image via hole (15);
the decorative piece (30) is penetrated with a clearance opening (32), and the opening edge of the clearance opening (32) surrounds the periphery of the light-transmitting panel (80) so as to provide a matching space between the light-transmitting panel (80) and the front shell (10).
