As shown in fig. 6 to 8, in one embodiment, corresponding to the first substrate 331, the rear case 20 includes an abutment post 22 provided on an inner surface thereof, and when the rear case 20 is assembled to the middle case assembly 30, the abutment post 22 abuts the first substrate 331 against the fixing plate 34, so that the first substrate 331 is prevented from being separated from the first slot 310.
That is, after the middle case assembly 30 is mounted to the front case 10, the first slot 310 exposes the end of the first substrate 331, and the first substrate 331 may still be pulled out for maintenance when needed. When the rear case 20 is assembled to the middle case assembly 30, the abutment post 22 is aligned to the position of the first slot 310, and after the second clamping portion 21 is clamped with the fixing plate 34, the abutment post 22 abuts against the first substrate 331, so that the first substrate 331 can be further limited. When the first slots 310 and the first substrates 331 are provided with a plurality of contact posts 22, a plurality of contact posts 22 are provided correspondingly, and each contact post 22 contacts the corresponding first substrate 331.
In one embodiment, the middle housing assembly 30 includes a light display in addition to the keys. As shown in fig. 3A, 3B and 8, the middle case assembly 30 further includes a second circuit board assembly 35 and a light-transmitting second cover plate 36, and the second circuit board assembly 35 includes a second substrate 351 and second lamp beads 352 disposed on the second substrate 351.
Like the first cover plate 32, the inner surface of the second cover plate 36 is convexly provided with two third clamping portions 361 which are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the second cover plate, the length direction of the frame portion 31 is provided with two third through holes 313 which are arranged at intervals, and the two third clamping portions 361 respectively pass through the two third through holes 313 and are then clamped on the inner surface of the frame portion 31.
Corresponding to the first cover plate 32, the frame 31 is provided with a light hole 314 opposite to the second lamp bead 352, and the light emitted by the second lamp bead 352 is emitted from the second cover plate 36 after passing through the light hole 314.
The frame 31 may be made of opaque material to avoid light crosstalk. The second substrate 351 may be provided with a plurality of second beads 352, and each of the second beads 352 may display different colors. The frame portion 31 may further include a light shielding plate 315 protruding from an inner surface of the frame portion towards the second substrate 351, where a light shielding plate 315 is disposed between two adjacent second beads 352, and the light shielding plate 315 extends towards the second substrate 351, so that light strings between the adjacent second beads 352 can be avoided.
The second circuit board assembly 35 and the second cover plate 36 are used as main components of the light display part, when the second lamp beads 352 emit light, different use states of the product can be indicated, for example, when the electric quantity of the built-in batteries is different, the display colors of the second cover plate 36 can be different, or when the working modes of the product are different, the brightness and/or the color of the second lamp beads 352 are different.
In one embodiment, the outer surface of the frame 31 has a recessed step 31C, and the first cover plate 32 and the second cover plate 36 can be embedded in the step 31C, and the outer surface is flush with the outer surfaces of the frame 31, the front shell 10 and the rear shell 20, so as to realize smooth transition of the housing of the beauty instrument.
Similarly, the surface of the fixing plate 34 facing the rear case 20 may be provided with a first slot 310 into which the second substrate 351 is inserted, and the second substrate 351 may be abutted against the fixing plate 34 by the abutment post 22, so as to prevent the second substrate 351 from being separated from the first slot 310. In addition, the second circuit board assembly 35 may be disposed on the corresponding hollow portion 340, so as to effectively utilize the internal space of the product.
In one embodiment, an elastic member 334 may also be provided between the second cover plate 36 and the frame portion 31, so as to facilitate maintaining a tight fit between the second cover plate 36 and the frame portion 31.
In one embodiment, the cosmetic device includes a rear housing 20 and a middle housing assembly 30 that are disposed in a covering relationship with each other; wherein the middle case assembly 30 includes:
a frame portion 31;
the fixed plate 34 is connected with the inner ring surface of the frame part 31, and a first slot 310 is formed on the surface of the fixed plate 34 facing the rear shell 20;
the circuit board assembly comprises a substrate, wherein the substrate is inserted into the first slot 310;
the rear case 20 includes an abutment post 22 provided on an inner surface thereof, and when the rear case 20 is covered on the frame portion 31 of the middle case assembly 30, the abutment post 22 abuts the substrate in the first slot 310 of the fixing plate 34.

In one embodiment, the cosmetic device further includes a front case 10, and the front case 10 and the rear case 20 are respectively covered on both sides of the frame 31 in the width direction. In order to improve the mating tightness of the front case 10, the rear case 20 and the middle case assembly 30, at least one of the front case 10 and the rear case 20 includes a ring of flange C, and the flange C is embedded in the frame portion 31, so that the flange C abuts against the inner wall surface of the middle case assembly 30, thereby achieving a better fastening effect, avoiding light leakage, and simultaneously, playing a certain role in waterproof and dustproof sealing.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the front housing 10 may be omitted or integrally formed with the middle housing assembly 30 as a single housing.
In one embodiment, when the beauty treatment instrument has a plurality of circuit board assemblies, the first slots 310 are correspondingly provided in a plurality, and each first slot 310 corresponds to one circuit board assembly, and each circuit board assembly is located in one of the first slots 310.
In one embodiment, the middle shell assembly 30 includes a hollow portion 340 located at an edge of the fixing plate 34, and the first slot 310 communicates with the hollow portion 340. When the beauty instrument has a plurality of circuit board assemblies, the first slots 310 are correspondingly provided with a plurality of circuit board assemblies, each first slot 310 corresponds to one circuit board assembly, and each circuit board assembly is located in one of the hollow portions 340.
In one embodiment, the rear housing 20 includes a plurality of second clamping portions 21 disposed on an inner surface thereof, and each second clamping portion 21 is disposed through one of the hollow portions 340 and clamped to the fixing plate 34.
Illustratively, the second clamping portion 21 is also correspondingly located around the flange C of the rear housing 20, the first circuit board assembly 33 is just located in the hollowed portion 340, and the claw portion of the second clamping portion 21 may face the middle of the fixing plate 34 to clamp the edge of the fixing plate 34. So, the hollowed-out part 340 can not only realize the accommodation of the key, but also realize the assembly of the rear shell 20 and the middle shell assembly 30, and does not need to additionally provide a special clamping hole to be matched with the second clamping part 21, so that the compactness of the internal structure of the beauty instrument is improved, and more space can be reserved for arranging components of the beauty instrument.
It can be appreciated that the number of the hollowed-out portions 340 is not necessarily consistent with the number of the first slots 310, and the number of the hollowed-out portions 340 may be greater than the number of the first slots 310, so that the circuit board assembly may be contained in a portion of the hollowed-out portions 340, and another portion of the hollowed-out portions 340 may have no circuit board assembly, which is used to cooperate with the second clamping portion 21.
In one embodiment, the middle case assembly 30 includes:
the first cover plate 32 is detachably mounted on the frame portion 31, and the inner surface of the first cover plate is provided with a pressing portion 322 in a protruding mode;
the circuit board assembly comprises a first circuit board assembly 33, the first circuit board assembly 33 comprises a first substrate 331 and contacts 332 arranged on the first substrate 331, and the first substrate 331 is inserted into a first slot 310 and is abutted by an abutting column 22;
the frame 31 includes a second through hole 312, and the pressing portion 322 is disposed through the second through hole 312 and faces the contact 332, for operating the contact 332 when the contact 332 is pressed.

In one embodiment, the middle shell assembly 30 includes a light-transmissive second cover plate 36, the second cover plate 36 being detachably mounted to the rim portion 31; the circuit board assembly comprises a second circuit board assembly 35, the second circuit board assembly 35 comprises a second substrate 351 and second lamp beads 352 arranged on the second substrate 351, and the second substrate 351 is inserted into a first slot 310 and is abutted by an abutting column 22; the frame 31 is provided with a light hole 314 opposite to the second lamp bead 352, and the light emitted by the second lamp bead 352 is emitted from the second cover plate 36 after passing through the light hole 314.
In one embodiment, the frame portion 31 further includes a light shielding plate 315 protruding from an inner surface of the light shielding plate 315 towards the second substrate 351, a plurality of second lamp beads 352 are disposed on the second substrate 351, a light shielding plate 315 is disposed between two adjacent second lamp beads 352, and the light shielding plate 315 extends towards the second substrate 351, so that light crosstalk between the adjacent second lamp beads 352 can be avoided.
The second circuit board assembly 35 and the second cover plate 36 are used as main components of the light display part, when the second lamp beads 352 emit light, different use states of the product can be indicated, for example, when the electric quantity of the built-in batteries is different, the display colors of the second cover plate 36 can be different, or when the working modes of the product are different, the brightness and/or the color of the second lamp beads 352 are different.

Claims (10)

1. A beauty instrument, which is characterized by comprising a rear shell and a middle shell component which are mutually covered and arranged;
the middle case assembly includes:
a frame portion;
the fixing plate is connected with the inner annular surface of the frame part, and a first slot is formed in the surface of the fixing plate, which faces the rear shell;
the circuit board assembly comprises a substrate, wherein the substrate is inserted into the first slot;
the rear shell comprises an abutting column arranged on the inner surface of the rear shell, and when the rear shell cover is combined with the frame part of the middle shell assembly, the abutting column abuts the base plate in the first slot of the fixing plate.
2. The cosmetic apparatus of claim 1, wherein the middle shell assembly comprises a hollowed-out portion at an edge of the fixing plate, and the first slot is communicated with the hollowed-out portion.
3. The apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the rear housing includes a plurality of second holding portions provided on an inner surface thereof, each of the second holding portions being provided in one of the hollowed-out portions so as to be held by the fixing plate.
4. The cosmetic apparatus of claim 2, wherein the middle housing assembly comprises:
the first cover plate is detachably arranged on the frame part, and the inner surface of the first cover plate is convexly provided with a pressing part;
the circuit board assembly comprises a first circuit board assembly, wherein the first circuit board assembly comprises a first substrate and contacts arranged on the first substrate, and the first substrate is inserted into one of the first slots and abutted by the abutting columns;
the frame part comprises a second through hole, and the pressing part is arranged in the second through hole in a penetrating mode and faces the contact.
5. The cosmetic apparatus of claim 4, wherein the middle shell assembly further comprises an elastic member disposed between the first cover plate and the rim portion.
6. The cosmetic apparatus of claim 4, wherein at least two contacts are provided on the first substrate, the middle shell assembly includes the first cover plates having the same number as the contacts, each of the first cover plates includes one pressing portion, and the contacts are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the pressing portions.
7. The cosmetic apparatus of claim 2, wherein the middle housing assembly comprises:
the light-transmitting second cover plate is detachably arranged on the frame part;
the circuit board assembly comprises a second circuit board assembly, the second circuit board assembly comprises a second substrate and second lamp beads arranged on the second substrate, and the second substrate is inserted into one of the first slots and is abutted by one of the abutting columns;
and the frame part is provided with a light hole opposite to the second lamp bead, and light rays emitted by the second lamp bead are emitted from the second cover plate after passing through the light hole.
8. The cosmetic apparatus of claim 7, wherein the frame further comprises a light shielding plate protruding from an inner surface of the frame toward the second substrate, the second substrate is provided with a plurality of second light beads, and one light shielding plate is disposed between two adjacent second light beads.
9. The cosmetic apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising:
and the front shell and the rear shell are respectively covered on two sides of the frame part in the width direction.
10. The cosmetic apparatus of claim 9, wherein at least one of the front shell and the rear shell comprises a collar flange; the flange is embedded in the frame part.
