1. A mounting assembly for mounting a seatbelt retractor (2) and a seat back latch (3), comprising:
the mounting plate (1), the mounting plate (1) is provided with a first mounting hole (15) and a second mounting hole (16);
a first reinforcement (4) fixed to a side of the mounting plate (1) facing the inside of the cabin;
a second reinforcement (5) fixed to a side of the mounting plate (1) facing away from the first reinforcement (4);
wherein the first mounting hole (15) is used for arranging the seat belt retractor (2), and the first reinforcement (4) is used for fixing the seat belt retractor (2);
the second mounting hole (16) is used for allowing the seat back lock catch (3) to pass through, and the second reinforcement (5) is used for fixing the seat back lock catch (3).
2. The mounting assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the side of the first reinforcement (4) facing into the cabin is formed with first and second reinforcement ribs (6, 7), the first and second reinforcement ribs (6, 7) being staggered.

The mounting assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first reinforcement (4) is provided with a first through hole (101), the mounting plate (1) is provided with a second through hole (102) adapted to the first through hole (101), bolts (8) are arranged in the first through hole (101) and the second through hole (102) in a penetrating manner, and the first reinforcement (4) is fixed with the seat belt retractor (2) through the bolts (8).

the mounting assembly is arranged on the C-pillar inner plate (13) and is fixedly connected with the wheel cover plate (14).
10. A vehicle comprising the mounting assembly of any one of claims 1-8, or comprising the C-pillar inner panel assembly structure of claim 9.
